PotR pg.12 Brevoy Bandit: You fled the persecution of Brevoy authorities and wound up in Mivon. Whether or not you are guilty of your alleged crimes, you seek to build a new life amid new neighbors. Choose one Profession skill and one ability score other than Wisdom. You add that ability score's modifier in addition to your Wisdom modifier on checks with the chosen Profession skill.
I doubt whether the Key Ability of the "Profession skill" has to be Wisdom or not ?
RAW, the Regional Trait add two Abs modifiers to one skill check. Isn't strange?

Not sure what the first question is : short of another trait or whatever Professions are wisdom based. No exceptions.
For the second : it's unusual, but not unheard of. Martial Prowess does it for Intimidate. Sure it's a feat, but it's much easier to get mileage out of intimidate.
That said, there's probably a select few corner cases where this is useful, if not really good.
It could be really nice for an Asmodean Advocate, for exemple, not that it needs much help on that front. Can help make a tremendous diplomancer though.
It would also help the various archetypes that use Profession (Herbalist), like the Herb witch or that one Oracle (the Pei Zin one, I think ? AoN's down and I can't check).
So yeah, can be good for specific cases. Beyond that, depends on how much Professions matter in your games.

Then yes : you get to add two - different - ability modifiers to your chosen Profession.
So an Herb Witch could take that trait and add both Wis and Int, for example.
If you just changed the ability the skill is based on, you'd get language closer to what the Pei Zin Practicioner has : "She [...] uses her Charisma modifier in place of her Wisdom modifier when attempting Profession (herbalist) checks."
Brevoy Bandit however is very much like Intimidating Prowess (which I misnamed earlier, my bad) : you get a second ability modifier "in addition to" the normal one.
It's not that unusual, as it's easier to grab huge bonuses for Professions than for most other skills : there just are few ways to make great use of them.
When it does work though, it WORKS. To the point it's not really worth over-investing.

Maybe I didn't say clearly.
For instance, if I choose Acrobatics and Str, as Brevoy Bandit said, I can add Dex modifier(Acrobatics its own key Abs), Str modifier and Wis modifier on Acrobatics check, is that right ?
profession skill is profession skill.... what does acrobatics have to do with it? i suggest you read over skills and learn what they are as it seems you lack the core knowledge required to understand the trait your looking at. profession skills are ALL wisdom by default.

I'm guessing OP is confusing "Profession skill" with "Class skill".
Profession skill
You are skilled at a specific job. Like Craft, Knowledge, and Perform, Profession is actually a number of separate skills. You could have several Profession skills, each with its own ranks. While a Craft skill represents ability in creating an item, a Profession skill represents an aptitude in a vocation requiring a broader range of less specific knowledge. The most common Profession skills are architect, baker, barrister, brewer, butcher, clerk, cook, courtesan, driver, engineer, farmer, fisherman, gambler, gardener, herbalist, innkeeper, librarian, merchant, midwife, miller, miner, porter, sailor, scribe, shepherd, stable master, soldier, tanner, trapper, and woodcutter.
Class skill
In addition, each class has a number of favored skills, called class skills. It is easier for your character to become more proficient in these skills, as they represent part of his professional training and constant practice. You gain a +3 bonus on all class skills that you put ranks into. If you have more than one class and both grant you a class skill bonus, these bonuses do not stack.
