I started playing Pathfinder with the local Society group a few years ago. I’ve never been one to play humans, having started as a Halfling Cavalier, then moved onto a Tengu Inquizitor/Zen archer, a Half-Orc Cleric, and an Oread Mutagenic Brawler. I started GMing this year and was thrilled to get the Regional Support boon to make a Dhampir which I think will be a swashbuckler very shortly.
Last week I GMed at a local con and got my 2nd race boon. But this one has choices: Ghoran, Kobold, Rougarou or Samsaran. Any suggestions on what class/archetype would match well with each of these races?

Archives of Nethys tells me Mystic Past Life alternate trait is PFS legal and Samsaran. That's leaps and bounds more useful or distinct that the others get (Reallocate skill points for a negative level+time, bloodline/a decent number of exclusive feats, and a once per day SLA that doesn't last long enough to build around). Samaran casters get to poach all kinds of crazy useful spells with that trait. This is particularly useful for Divine casters since Hunter (strictly better than Ranger if allowed), and Paladin get massively discounted spell levels and potent unique spells where Bloodrager doesn't.
No idea if occult casters are PFS legal for mystic past life or if archetypes are valid for MPL (there's a few that shift casting type), but it's great even without them.

Based on your previous classes, you haven't played an enchanter...
So why not Aromaphile Mesmerist Ghoran?
Be a delicious and fragrant piece of fruit that can charm a whole room!
Since you'll have pretty good Charisma, you can qualify for the Spelleater feats (Greater and Spellmirror) which are cool additions to have at low levels.

There is one guy in our local PFS group who plays a Medium, and that was the extent of my knowledge of the occult classes. After looking over Mesmerist, it looks very interesting. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have the same boon, and I made a Ghoran Sorcerer with the Verdant bloodline. They have a trait that gives them extra Charisma for spells and class abilities (meaning their DCs go up by 1). I'm trying to go full nature-themed with my spells.
Depending on the wording (the Kobold-only boon said it allowed the normally illegal archetypes restricted to Kobolds, but the "pick one of four" doesn't), the Kobold might be eligible for some Kobold-only archetypes, which would be sweet.
Rougarou aren't really supported, but they'd make awesome Shifters, both flavourfully and mechanically.
