It’s probably the closest region to the Inner Sea, it has explicit ties via Qadira’s history with Taldor, the Keleshite Empire and Vudra are major international players (both with colonial holdings on Garund, I believe?), yet we’ve seen almost nothing. Any books I’m missing?
Any content you’d love to see?

As Darth Game Master said, Distant Shores probably has the most detailed information for Southern Casmoran and Vudra. Strange Aeons in part details the Parchlands, which lie in Southwestern Casmoran, south of Qadira I believe? Apart from that, Iobaria is in Casmoran, and is probably the most well-detailed part of the setting outside the Inner Sea other than Tian Xia.

A big part of why we didn't do much more with Casmaron or other continents in 1st edition is that we never really had a workable world map. That's no longer a problem in 2nd edition, with a great world map appearing in the Core Rulebook that also gives us a solid foundation to explore other continents.
AKA: We'll get to places beyond the Inner Sea region much more quickly in 2nd edition than we did in 1st edition.

This is the single best thing I’ve heard about 2e so far.

I am so happy about that. As cool as the Inner Sea Region was, it still felt too...familiar? Like, too European? The potential for interesting countries based on the legends and myths of other cultures have me chomping at the bit for Casmaron and Southern Garund content.

I agree that it'd be interesting certainly. Pathfinder has been my gateway to so many things over the past 10 years, from the works of H.P. Lovecraft or H.G. Wells to the wonders of history, culture, and mythology of real life places I never would've found otherwise. 2e's definitely been a mixed bag so far for me, but I will definitely be keeping a watchful eye on future developments.

I always got the impression that Casmaron was the place in Golarion most likely to use the Mythic Rules (ie: it's got more Mythic people than other areas).
Given that the version of those we received in PF1 were not well received, that seems like it might be a contributing factor as to why it had less information than places like Tian Xia, Arcadia, or Southern Garund.

Mythic rules always worked well for NPC purposes though.
Either way, it was always kinda bizarre how Casmaron was undetailed when 1) Its strongly related to Qadira 2) Its just east from Avistan 3) Its in middle of Avistan and Tian Xia 4) Its important(REALLY important) geographically to all surrounding locations

I definitely want to see more of Casmaron, and I hope there are a fair number of demihuman nations scattered about as well, and that they take their time in designing the continent, to truly make it unique and culturally diverse. For the northern "Siberian" part, it would be cool if they put in mysterious pre-human races equivalent to Neanderthals or Denisovans.

Heck, it'd make some sense to include some Erutaki settlements or groups in the "Siberia" part too, little nod to the region's indigenous cultures.

There's a Dwarven kingdom up there with it's own unique weirdness, all iron cities etc. Zavaten Gura I think?
I think the sea freezes over for winter, and I imagine skate-ships sailing on that is picturesque vibe.
Kaladay, the xenophobic Tian splinter state is located relatively near, just south on the eastern coast too.

I want to see the Kelishite Empire have a few satrapies/Nations to show the variety that can exist within it even if it's all more or less under the same Emperor.
I mean, sure, everyone pays tribute, and there are threads of common culture laced through said empire, but we could have things like:
A Demihuman majority nation/Satrapy that fears losing it's identity to "human ways" but it is thriving so so be it.
A Satrapy where a god/goddess is seen as Sarenrae's consort and equal (And is certainly popular with the locals), thus threatening to cause religious turmoil and accusations of heresy.
A Satrapy ruled or at least heavily influenced by a family with Blue Dragon heritage who either serve their draconic great grandsire, or are the best defense against him, or both!
A frontier area where the Empire is expanding, with in addition to the regular great armies, some criminals are allowed a second chance at life and reform by taming it and thus finding redemption in Sarenrae (And some Kelish Prince's) eyes.
And, of course, that obligatory Satrapy that's THIS close to rebelling/breaking away :)

The first thing I'd like to see is a basic mapping-out of the "Golden Path" trade route and the lands along it, described to run from Quadira through the heart of the Keleshite Empire to Vudra. And also the coastal trade routes leading east from the Inner Sea. Both of those seem like the logical starting point linkages to what we already know about in Avistan, the Inner Sea, and northern Garund.
That said...I'm also all for knowing anything more about the Castrovin Sea region, the various fallen ancient kingdoms (Ninshabur et al.), whatever is east of Iobaria, what happens if you head east out of Galt or Taldor, etc., etc.
