It might be bad advice but it's the advice I want!

You know Jasper Beardly has been in the show for a good while but that is really the only I remember him from well that and the episode where he is ain a little blue boy outfit and has a over sized sucker.

Simpsons Spin-off Showcase, in the sub-episode about the Simpsons Variety Hour. They were singing "I Want Candy". Noted for Lisa's absence and replacement by a teenager. Also guest-starring was Tim Conway.

If I could remember physics the way I remember Simpsons trivia, we'd have a Grand Unified Theory of Everything by now. But nooooo. Worst. Party trick. Ever.

That was pretty impressive. Now that you say that I remember it.

Still at work boss is an hour late. Also I'm upset at Lemony Snickett for stealing the perfect name for my auto biography.

Live your life Vid. Spray them.

If Vid were to have one of those battle aspergillums (or one of the polearms mentioned by naughty C14th/15th Italian swordmaster Fiore that had a hollow head filled with poison) suitably converted, he could both bludgeon and disinfect at the same time.

The Basic Eight?

gran did you actually look up another book by him or was that the actual first thing that came to your mind?

Probably one of those, yes.

o_O

UGH So we have digital keys you just touch the card to the little door sensor and boom.
that said
Guest: My keys not working.
Me: Lets take a look. I touch key to sensor works like a charm. I watch him try it he doesn't put the card close enough. So instead of I don't know using your brain for any level of problem solving like IDK maybe just holding the key closer you walk back to the desk to have me show you something that a chimp can do.

One can only hope. Or maybe it fell off into the sea.

I feel like everything is "OF WRATH" with this monkey.

begin rant/

So our company cut my managers salary by 20% because every corporate business is one bad day from going under because of stupid crap like taking out mortgages on their own buildings to build more buildings rinse repeat. one domino falls they all fall kind of crap. The funny thing to me tho is that they expect that to have any impact on their bottom line what so ever. that little bit of money means nothing to them but will impact employees life greatly. Frankly I'd rather the corporation close down then take a pay cut myself. I'm already late on my yearly raise by a month. It's retroactive supposedly but we will see If I have to start some trouble once things get back to normal.

Always getting told to plan ahead and prepare for hard times but just about every single company is ready to go under after their first bad week.

/end rant

If this is a typical late-night show, we're going to have to have segments with wildlife. In particular, monkeys. Lots of monkeys.

I've been noticing a monkey trend and I just wanted to reference this post from cal on the first page.

*hands you his strap* you deserve this more then I.

I wonder if quibble is doing paizocon stuff.

There’s paizocon stuff? I’m so out of the loop! Seriously. The light from the loop takes decades to reach me.

Paizocon stuff... *investigates*

Don't feel too bad Woran reminded me.

Checking out late night paizo con. Thought it was going to be more confusing but nope pretty simple. I don' t know when but I think the thing that would have me interested is trying 2nd edition or star finder since I haven't been able to try igther yet. I don't know when I would really have the time to devote to it.

Paizocon is a bit hectic, but I certainly get you into a beginnersgame.

Just have to figure out timezones.

Im central which I think means the offical times is 2 hours ahead of mine. I sleep till about 5-ish central but im useless from 5-6 till im good and awake, so it might be to late in the day for ya.

Scarab Sages

I'm anywhere from 6 to 9 hours ahead of the USA

So my 6pm could be your midnight or 3 am in the morning eh? interesting.

Quick! Send me today's winning lottery numbers so I can buy a ticket! WE'RE GOING TO BE RICH!

Once again, Quibblemuch's failure to understand the concept of a time zone led to crushing disappointment. What an idiot.

Hey! Did the narrator of my life just call me--

--you know I did. Now hush up, I'm trying to watch Senile Scribbles - Skyrim videos.

All I've learned from this is that:

1) It's always Happy Hour somewhere in the world.
b) No matter where you go, there you are.
- Therefore -
π) It's always Happy Hour where you are.

Yep.

This checks out.

I think the time next to your post is your own time?
So its 22:12 as I'm posting this here.

We can probably figure it out

What I see next to your post is "29 minutes ago"

And since it's 16:44 Eastern Daylight Time, Saturday, May 30, 2020 as I'm posting here, I think your post is also on Saturday, May 30, 2020.

If you're still awake, could you post just after midnight as well?

Is their a name for your time zone?

By googling "Netherlands time now" it shows a result of 6:05 AM. Here in the Central US time zone, it is 11:05 PM. I believe you're in Eastern time, Vid, so for you it would be 12:05 AM. Thus, I would conclude that Woran in 6 hours ahead of you (or 7, I'm wrong about your time zone.). Does that help?

7 hours because i'm central.

See. I was wrong about your time zone, but that's why I hedged my bet.

Honestly, I thought all TN was Eastern, but I guess some is Central. Still pretty sure it's all Southern, though.

Its a long state. we go into 2 time zones which is really annoying when your right on the border like me. especially when you have to deal with a lot of tourists.

And yes a southern state since June 8,1861. Unfortunately.

Person just got all pissy because we didn't have any rooms. I love it. I eat that up. I enjoy their suffering. Throw your hissy fit but throw it outside or i'll call the cops!

I have all the rooms, but that's because we're still closed.

This feels appropriate.
