Do you think Paizo, will release a quick guide to the new rules for 2nd edition prior to launch so players can have basic understanding of the rule changes before they start reading through the corebook.
What I mean by quick guide or quick rules sheet is just like a one page pdf with just a brief overview of what is changing in 2nd edition.

I don't think so. What do you have in mind? What is changing comparing to 1e or to Playtest?
If it's comparing to 1e, I do believe they already did that in a more generic way: streamlined rules, easy to pick up and play, easier to teach, etc.
A side-to-side rules change would take more than a page anyway and it can lead to wrong interpretation, driving people away from 2e CRB.

The combat is completely changed, from how action economy works, through how movement and attacks work, to how damage and saves are handled etc.
You're looking at 2ed -> 3ed level of change. Sure, there's initiative (which all by itself works differently) and folks can move, attack, cast spells and other things, but for most part it's handled totally differently.

I can see them doing a "QuickStart" package that lists: initiative, how action works and what the symbols mean, a quick list of some actions you can take in exploration, and a few pregenerated characters (the previous sections need only include what's directly relevant to these 4 characters). MAYBE an explanation of the relevant tags the various spells/feats/actions the pretend have.
But as others said, trying to do a "what's new in this edition" would be a bit much, unless it was very heavily curated like I'm suggesting. The Free RPG day adventure might give good insight as to what we'll see along these lines. Anyone running "We Be Heroes?" is going to need to be at least somwhat familiar with the playtest rules, but Paizo might want the bar lower for curious people wanting to play in it.

Doubt it, and as many above me, I doubt it'll be useful.
What would be useful, however, could be the character sheet. The paper one and, most importantly, an official roll20 one... Back in the Playtest they helped them make a playtest one, but it was quite glitchy and not exactly great early on. Took a while to make it usable.

I ended up using my own template because of this. Wasn't too bad because with +level I only had to update that field and any choices the player had made to get an up to date token with working macros. Without plus level that's going to be enough of a pain that an official sheet will be needed for me.

I expect Paizo, or some fan to create a little quickstart page, at launch or soon after that (even if I have to do it myself).
My version will likely list something like "You have 3 actions, and pretty much everything is an action. No more drawing weapons while moving, no more free 5 ft. steps."
Of course, my audience is used to PF1 and SFS so it makes sense to mention some things that might trip them.

I would love if Paizo did a couple of blog posts, to help the playtesters transition to the final rules.

I'm pretty sure they will do blog posts regarding the new edition, to induce some hype.
I hope it's in context of classes again, pretty much like the playtest blogs (though the iconics blogs started already and they don't focus on that... yet?).
If they do 1 class per week again, leading up to the August release, they would have to start with the beginning of may, so in about two or three weeks.
{They could start later and make ancestries the focus point (hehe) as there are fewer of them than classes, but I have my doubts, as ancestries aren't as driving in the level progression and feature set as classes are. Or they start later and group classes together [like martial classes, casting classes (arcane and/or divine), nature classes, skill classes...]}

As has been mentioned elsewhere, the Archive of Nethys will be rolling out the 2E PRD at http://2e.aonprd.com/, on August 1st.
So, not a cheat sheet early, but the full rules will be available for free basically as soon as the book is available for sale.
