So I've been playing RPGs since I stumbled into a game store in 1981 and was asked to sit in on an Empire of the Petal Throne game with several players who went on to work for Judges Guild...since then I've played DnD, ADnD, Runequest, Warhammer, Pendragon, Ars Magica, Arcanis, 3.0, 3.5, Traveler but have been playing PF since it'd release some 10+ years ago...Still game on Sunday nights with my buddies from college...that said, I'd like to pick up another game somewhere and figured I might like to try one of the many online games I've been reading about...Between work, dogs, fiancé, her kids, ailing mom etc...I think it would be easier than going out for 6 hours on a night off...It mainly looks like I would be available Mondays and Thursdays...Anyway...If you're looking for another player, and don't mind walking someone through the intricacies of an online game, please reach out

I live in Delaware about an hour south of Philly..so East Coast time, but wouldn't be opposed to something that started later for me, as things are pretty quiet here at nights...

Beyond just sitting and checking the recruitment forums to see if anything new pops up, there are two other options.
First, if you have a character that you are really interested in playing, you can advertise it here. Not every GM checks this thread, but some still do given it is pinned to the top of the forum.
Second, if you have a campaign or adventure path that you want to play, but you don't really want to GM it yourself, you can always create a gauging interest thread on the forum. Just be explicit in the opening post that you aren't comfortable running the game yourself, you are just trying to see if there are enough folks wanting to play it and a GM with enough time interested in running it. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't... but it is worth a shot if you really wanted to, say, play in the Iron Gods AP but seemingly every new game popping up was Crimson Throne and Emerald Spire.
One last bit of advice, since you are new here. Take a look at the formatting text guide at the bottom of the Add New Post box. People on the threads will make use of the options a lot to convey things like "I am speaking, so I am bolding my text." or (This isn't what my character is thinking, this is my own reaction to what is going on.) Hope this helps!

The best way to get into a Game on Paizo is to run one. From there if the game has staying power when you enter a Recruitment as a PC you are more likely to be picked by DMs who see that you are a regular poster here on the boards.

Also, I second GM Granta's suggestion, Pathfinder Society here on the boards always has games looking for players and the commitment is short as the scenarios move along quicker than AP's.
