Love making my own accessories but having official accessories is so much better.
Cards: Race Ability, Class Ability/Feat, Feat, Spell, Monster/Bestiary
I am the kind of person that will customize my own for what I want, but what kind of accessories are you looking forward to?
I got the Beadle & Grimms Platinum Edition thing, and the only thing in there that really made me think "this is a nice prop and I want more of them" were the 5"x7" (or roughly that) sized artwork cards for monsters and NPCs. Not Pawns or Minis, but large enough format to be shown across the table and not outright "roll for initiative" the moment you see the GM reach for them. I would very happily purchase a complete set for each Bestiary and AP... The one change I would make, the cards they did were double sided -- art on the front, monster stats/npc backstory on the back. I'd go single single with a tent fold in the middle so that you can hang them on a gm screen, or have a few little inverted T bases to stand them on.
I want card decks!
Weapon/Armor Card Decks with the Weapon/Armor rules on the card.
Spell Decks
Summon Creature Decks w/ summon creature stats
Equipment Decks with rules for pieces of equipment
Loot Decks with rules and/or value of the loot
Traps and Hazards Decks with rules for the trap or hazard
Poisons and Diseases Deck with rules
Additional Rules Decks similar to Condition Cards where they take commonly used rules and put them on cards that are easily issued to the players so they have a physical reminder of what is going on at any given time with there character.

Here is one that I haven't heard requested in a long time-
Shapeshifting Form Reference Cards for Druid as well as ALL FORMS of Polymorph effects. In PFRPG these rules are an UTTTER MESS and total DISASTER in terms of being able to help newer player or even somewhat unfamiliar seasoned players understand what actually happens to the PC, the limitations of the form, what abilities they KEEP and LOSE, as well as info on how long it lasts.
If they sold a deck that had the summarized rules of every form of shapeshifting that was included in the Core rulebook and Bestiary, I'd buy that product faster than you can say toot-sweet, and similarly for every new Bestiary and new form of Shapeshifting/Poly that is released they could produce a new "expansion pack" for the Deck that I'd gobble up.
I find the Chase Cards useful and really like the Plot Twists deck as well.
Both are mostly usable as-is without an update to 2nd edition, but an update would make me happy. The Plot Twist cards could interact particularly well with the Hero Point system.

Really love Spell and Ability cards. Item/Weapon cards are neat but having class cards is where it is at for me. Will likely use the new layout for the Adventure Card Game and make my own, but really want official cards :D

As per first edition, the one area of cards I always feel I've lacked is a picture of the monster on the front and a few little text boxes on the back with some flavor/mechanics info to give players who make successfully higher DC recall knowledge checks.
D&D recently released something close (except they went with stat blocks instead of recall knowledge information - I find that much less useful).
