Just yesterday, my character decided to play with a harrow deck and surprise of surprise, my character ends up drawing the bear card. I have never had a PC gain a template so this is the first time dealing with this kind of thing. I have a few questions of the meaning behind this since I need to make changes to my character sheet based on this addition.
-Kitsune (Werebear)
-Change Shape (Su): An animal and hybrid form (gains speed and natural attacks)
-Curse of Lycanthropy (Su)
-AC +2 in animal and hybrid form
-DR 10/silver in animal and hybrid form
-Lycanthropic Empathy (Ex)
-+2 Wis, –2 Cha in all forms; +2 Str, +2 Con in hybrid and animal forms
I also have a couple of mechanical questions regarding the added template.
-Would my character level change? If so, by how much?
-Is there any way to turn off the effect of curse of lycanthropy?
-Are there any ways to stop cure a natural lycanthrope?
-What happens to my clothes and armor if I change shape and increase size?
-Do I have to be in my base form to change between the lycanthrope forms or can I change while in human or fox form?
Thanks in advance for any answers.

No level changes. Your character is stronger than it used to be (unless charisma based), though, so your GM might nerf you in some way to keep game balance. Still, could be worse - weretiger gets free pounce!
Is there any way to turn off the effect of curse of lycanthropy?
No, your bite attack carries the curse in bear or hybrid form, period. The bite in kitsune form or your fox form is clean, however.
Are there any ways to stop cure a natural lycanthrope?
Natural lycanthropy isn't a disease, curse, or enchantment, it's, well, natural, like your character's racial features. It's not normally something one can acquire later, but something one is born with. Miracle or Wish should still be able to remove the lycanthropy, because ignoring what's normally possible is what those two spells are all about.
What happens to my clothes and armor if I change shape and increase size?
Depends on the form. When shifting into animal form, "all of your gear melds into your body." For hybrid form, "the equipment resizes to match your new size."
Do I have to be in my base form to change between the lycanthrope forms or can I change while in human or fox form?
You can switch from any form into any other form ("You can only be affected by one polymorph spell at a time. [If] you activate a polymorph effect (...), you can decide whether or not to allow it to affect you, taking the place of the old spell."
On an unrelated note, your name contains wolf, your avatar is a dog, your character is a a fox-based creature, that's now a bear lycanthrope. You're like a one-person zoo!

Yeah, my class is a summoner so it yep, it ended reducing my main stat. I dont think it is going to be a issue to be a werebear. The setting involves a big bad werewolf and the DM told be to be careful about where I decide to use my new skills.
And thanks Voodist Monk.

Ok, it's not perfect for Summoner, but it shouldn't be much of a problem - there's maybe half a dozen good Summoner spells that require saving throws, tops, so the charisma penalty doesn't hurt that much. You do gain a lot of defense (+1 AC, +1 Will, +1 Fort, +1HP/level, and the awesome DR 10/silver) in hybrid form. Large size also means you automatically have reach.
And man, talk about role play opportunities! "Don't make me bite you" threats, befriending wild bears, maybe even a "I'm the top lycanthrope here, little dog!" with the Big Bad Wolf!

Lower case L, please. It's one word/name!

Huh, you're right - I was consulting my version of Bestiary 2, which apparently is the first printing, where they only applied the direct bonuses and not the bear's base stats or natural armor bonus. I didn't even know there were errata for B2.
So yeah, +7 AC presuming your Dex is at least 12, and bigger fort/hp bonuses as well. That's a lot of extra defense, and with 21 strength, even your offense isn't too shabby. That's only a CR+1 template?

I would expect more than +1 to fort. Bears are at 19 con, and you get enhancement on top of that. Natural armor bonus is +8, even in hybrid so you’ll get armor/shield on top.
So, a werebear has grizzly bear stats? Right?
And of course, I plan to use this on roleplying purposes. The half orc magus cannot call my char a wimp anymore.

i would recommend looking up werebear in srd and just checking to make sure you understand how all the numbers are calculated. But yes, I think grizzly bear. The listed ranger werebear has 14 dex because you take base creature or base animal stat, whichever is higher.

Here's how it works according to my understanding: For each of the six ability scores, use the higher of your pre-lycanthropy ones and the bear's. Then you apply the +2 bonuses (con, str, wis) and the -2 malus (cha).
The lycanthropes in the Bestiary 1 follow this pattern. The Wereboar from Bestiary 2 follows the pattern for str and con, but not for wis. The Werebar and Weretiger in B2 use the animal's unchanged stats for the hybrid form, ignoring the +2 bonuses. Indeed, the B2 errata changed the Weretiger's stats from the above calculation to using the base tiger stats.
So, a werebear has grizzly bear stats? Right?
The one in the Bestiary does. There are other bears: The weaker, medium sized black bear, the stronger dire/cave bear, and the even stronger polar bear. And the yet even more stronger™ dire polar bear.
The illustration for the card shows a brown bear, i.e. a grizzly, so that's probably the one you turn into.| FreezingWolf |

I see. It makes sense that it would be a grizzly then. Thanks! Then all my stats besides intelligence and charisma receive a big boost. I might look later for ítems to increase my strenght to stay on top form.
Thanks to everyone for the help!

Well, the first thing to do is make a knowledge (nature) check.
