Nighttime outdoors Professions?

What Professions are, or could reasonably, be performed outside during the night?

Profession is a very broad skill, there isn't a list anyone can give you. Can you say more about what you're trying to accomplish? The list of possible professions is large enough to be unwieldy with so vague a question.

Night watch/Police/Military.
Hunters(monster hunter, wild game hunter, etc...), gatherers(herbs, fireflies, etc...) and fishermen.
Merchant travelers.
Dairy delivery.
Night criers (3 o'clock and all's well).
Dock workers.
Mail carriers.
Coachmen.
Highwaymen/Thieves/Robbers.

Courtesans and entertainers might do the bulk of their work in the early evening.

It would be slightly unusual but not completely unheard of for this progessions to be done outdoors.

Other sorts of scientist who study creatures which primarily are active at night.

Security Guards or night watch persons
Street food vendors (particularly outside taverns?)

Just about any profession could be done outdoors at night time. I cannot really think of any profession that could not be. Nighttime does not matter if you have lights or can see in the dark. Likewise any profession can simply setup whatever gear is necessary outside.

Craft skills might be a little more restrictive, but even most of those would not be impossible to do in those circumstances.

Waste disposal technician- everyone has chamberpots, but the most people likely don't want to empty them where they can smell it the next morning if they can help it. So more developed areas have people go house to house to 'clean up'.

I hear ya and I agree, most could, but unfortunately, many don't. I'm looking mostly for those that do.

I'm making an NPC who has exceptionally high bonuses to variou skills during night when outside, so that's the time when he's working. The character will have a semi-regular job, but he also will occasionally take parttime jobs for fun and to meet new people.

Charcoal burner. Though that's a job for the dirt poor.

Street cleaners, ditto.

Herder; some seasons the herds will mostly be out at night, unless the area is dangerous enough that they have to be brought back.

Nomad (obviously!)

Performers who use pyrotechnics will probably prefer darkness to make it look better.
