Yeah, could you tell us your actual goal? That will help us to perhaps offer other solutions.
I don't think there is any ability to covert one class' ability to another class' ability.
If you were looking to dip into all 3 classes (barbarian, bloodrager, and skald) to create a super pool of "rage" rounds...I believe that the developers would say that runs opposite of their intentions.

Oof. Very similar things, yet too different to stack or cross-over. And a lot of rounds too.
Hmm...
Be a Primalist and grab some of those powers that require you to spend rounds of rage on activation ? Would that even work ? I'd expect not, but a lenient GM might allow it - be nice to yours.
There are also a few feats and magic items fueled by rage rounds, and those could be an easier sell. I don't remember them being tremendously great but the cost is kind of a non-issue to you, so that might change things.
Beyond that, aside from a buffer when you run out of bloodrage, it's gonna be hard to use them, I'm afraid. And even that shouldn't really happen much.
The rage powers you'll eventually get from the vmc are going to be even harder to use, too. OTOH you can look at those that usually are way too niche and specific to be a good choice, considering.

There's that too.
The point of the vmc is entirely lost on me, but maybe you have a reason to. I'm kind of curious.
As for feats, the nice sites we have for PF include search functions, have a look around.
Stuff like Unfettered Rage or Ferocious Tenacity rely on rounds of rage and are traditionally not worth it. With your situation though, the cost doesn't matter much, so they may be worth a sencond look over.
Although, much like powers, I wouldn't expect most of them to be usable without your GM specifically allowing it. But it might be an easier argument to make than the rage powers.
Because I might not have been as clear as I thought : strictly speaking, there's basically nothing you can do with rage rounds during your bloodrage, as far as I know.
This is house-rules territory (or, you know, retraining-your-vmc territory).

Why would you variant multiclass barbarian with Bloodrager?
Why wouldn't you just take the archetype that lets you get rage powers?
I am, I'm also taking some other archetypes that trade out uncanny dodge and I want it back, I also want the dr with out taking any levels in another class. VMC barbarian solves this issue.
