It is still impractical given long distance travel and overland travel times and losing that spell/slot in the interim. However, you could TP your familiar with a TP for travel back. It is easier to kill than the caster.
Limits on number of spell targets still apply.
Ring gates, shrink item, magic jar or tiny beast shape are still more efficient.

Of course, but the point was that your familiar does the first half of the group with a teleport spell and then you bring the second half of the group with another teleport. And if you need to expand or make it safer or one-way, you just use more duplicate familiar spells and teleports. Sure it’s a lot of spells, but spells are a renewable resource.

Target you and touched objects or other touched willing creatures
I'd agree that the latter 'or' is subject to the initial 'and', thus the caster has to go.
Why not just shrink half or all of the spell targets (Reduce Person) to get more creatures.Bagging creatures transformed into objects and shrink item is classic, then convert back after arrival.

Share Spells: The wizard may cast a spell with a target of “You” on his familiar (as a touch spell) instead of on himself. A wizard may cast spells on his familiar even if the spells do not normally affect creatures of the familiar's type (magical beast).
So I guess deliver touch spells isn’t really necessary. The caster can just touch the familiar in place of himself when teleporting the first group.
But I don’t see how shrinking people would help. And shrink item shouldn’t work on creatures.

use a creature to object spell then shrink item and place them in a sac (aka 1 object). You can effectivelly transport an army into a fortress this way.
I’m only aware of carry companion, which only works on animals and magical beasts. What other spell? Flesh to stone? Seems risky and the creature may still technically be a creature instead of an object, so I’m not sure if that works.
I guess you could try sticking them in a bag of holding. Then it doesn’t matter if they are objects or not. Though there would still be a space issue.

Flesh to Stone and Polymorph any Object both transform things to objects.
Regarding bag of holding you can fill it with water and if they all have share spell you can turn them to small aquatic creatures using Beast Shape I. Alt you can cast beast shape II to make them tiny.
The effect is the same however just a matter of working for it.

The subject, along with all its carried gear, turns into a mindless, inert statue. If the statue resulting from this spell is broken or damaged, the subject (if ever returned to its original state) has similar damage or deformities. The creature is not dead, but it does not seem to be alive either when viewed with spells such as deathwatch.
So it sounds like the creature is still a creature. Maybe it’s an object too, but that’s very questionable.
Now, polymorph any object seems to do the job, but then, that’s an 8th level spell, so it’s harder to come by.

"Sir, we captured this weasel with a bag of toy soldiers attached to it. I don't know what this means, but I am sure there is some witchcraft involved."
