Hmm, tough one. Both are great, and it really depends on what kind of Monk you prefer. I was gonna say Ki Rush but then I saw all the little tweaks Ki Strike got and now I might favor that one. Ki Rush is great for the concealment and the double Step or Stride and Step option can help get inside a big foe's reach safely, but you're rarely going to need the double Stride option with Monk speed.
Ki Strike now lets you buff both hits in a Flurry, which is great. The bonus damage is nice too, even if it will feel weaker later on. But the ability to change your attack's damage type is AWESOME. There aren't a lot of things that are weak to those damage types but it lets you get by resistances, especially incorporeal resistances which are a PAIN.
So it is a tough one but I think I would still choose Ki Rush for one particular reason. Ki Strike is applicable to any strike, but uses a very limited resource, so you have to decide which Strikes are really worth it, and then it could fail anyway. But Ki Rush's movement options will come up less often so it's going to drain your pool less but will still be great when it's needed. (I mean the concealment is useful any time but it's not too hard to decide to save that for if you are in danger) Plus it's a nice defensive buff and Monk's don't have too much of those.
If I wasn't planning on taking other Ki Powers then I might favor Ki Strike because it would be easy to utilize all my Spell Points each day, but if I'm gonna have more powers I don't really want one that's gonna by vying for attention every time I make an attack.
They're both great though, just my personal preference.
Also...
Por que los nuevos dos? XD

I prefer Ki Rush simply because the calculus of "when would you like to double move" is a lot clearer than "when would you like to deal more damage." Since the former is "occasionally, depending where everybody is standing" and the latter is "pretty much always".
So with Ki Rush I can use it when it's relevant and have ki left over for other things, but for Ki Strike I have to weigh it against all the other stuff I can do with spell points lest I find myself unable to do those things because I've been Ki Striking so much.
