Well, at the risk of stroking my own ego too hard... you might want to take a look at the warrior poet samurai archetype. I think it might be a good starting point. ^_^

OMG If I did not take so much time coming up with a back story for my Mythic Brawler (Not my strong suit) I would totally play this has my character for my groups up coming game o.o

The main thing about Hiko Seijuro is his level. If the main characters were around level 8 at the Shishio arc, he would be level 12-14, minimum. Power Attack and Furious Focus for the Dragon Hammer, I think it was, the Kuzu Ryusen would probably be Pummeling Style and Ascetic Style combined, all the attacks being added into one massive strike.

I want to see what would be the best way to Build Hiko Sujiro from the Manga Samurai XIs the character as portrayed in the manga identical to his portrayal in the Rurouni Kenshin anime series?
I am choosing a 20 point as it is the one my group normally uses. Race of course Human Other Requirements 1 - Must Use a KatanaWhile others have suggested Warrior Poet, I don't think it's a correct fit to the character, as that archetype has some features that at least his anime presentation doesn't seem to possess, and he has abilities that the archetype does not offer.
2 - Must be both Agile and physically strong ...level Between 15 & 20
Quoting the fandom wiki (because Wikipedia sucks and doesn't allow anything cool in it anymore): "Of small, slender build and with a youthful, feminine visage, Himura Kenshin cuts quite a different figure than would be expected of the legendary Hitokiri Battōsai and his appearance belies his twenty-eight years of age, making him look roughly ten years younger..."
Based on this (and his listed weight of 106 lbs), I'd surmise a character whose strength is not necessary dumped, but which is definitely not his attack stat. (And this is in keeping with his anime presentation, which I at this point assume is largely faithful to the manga given that the author has a mostly favorable opinion of it.)

STR: 14

(Kenshin's Id phantom will very rarely manifest in the form of an oriental dragon floating above his head, although it is uncertain if anyone aside from a disembodied audience can see it, or if even he is aware of its presence.)
Other feats: Combat Reflexes, Two Weapon Fighting (Kenshin treats his saya as a secondary katana for purposes of Weapon Expertise), Devastating Strike + Greater Vital Strike chain
Weapon: Furious/Fortuitous/Impact katana with an Effortless Lace tsuka ito.
At 17th, Kenshin can unload, not including other items, buffs, feats, or weapon enhancements not listed above, as a standard-action Iaijutsu Piranha Strike versus a Challenged opponent, [(2d8+40)critable]+9d6, or, as a standard-action that is not an Iaijutsu Strike, make a Devastating Greater Vital Piranha Strike for [(2d8+46)critable]+6d8. Or, he can Strike True (via Order of the Warrior) for an automatic threat (which confirms versus most opponents 95% of the time due to massive confirmation bonuses) and deal maximum damage ignoring DR and causing the target to become blinded, deafened, sickened, or staggered for 1d4 rounds (his choice). With both Resolute and Way of the Samurai, Kenshin can pick and choose that particular time when he absolutely needs a 7,999 out of 8,000 chance to land well in excess of what is needed to exceed his opponent's Massive Damage threshold in a world where that optional rule appears to be in effect. Or, he just takes his regular compliment of (2d8+40) x N full-attacks.

Well, I'd assumed no spellcasting or even "magic" in a general overt , otherworldly sense (aside from the phantom, whom I don't know if anyone actually sees). At least, I didn't see any of that going on in the few YouTube clips I checked out. <shrug> I really haven't watched the show. I presume it's not full-blown Inuyasha-type nonsense.

No, it's not quite that bad. But many moves in the sword style come off as rather magical, even if they're given more mundane explanations. In particular there are some attacks I'm thinking off which "give of winds" that cut and pummel the opponent. Also, there is magic present in the show (near the end of the anime at least, not sure about the manga).
All that said, I can't immediately find clips of the attacks I'm thinking of...so I can't offer support to what I'm saying at the moment.
The real issue is that, the special attacks that are performed don't really have much of a way of being represented in Pathfinder without magic. There's just not much in the way of special non-magical melee attacks.
