My group is going to start a Pirate campaign, and we have decided to go with an all Non-lethal party, and its a Gestalt game. What would be some good combos that would work well together? Right now we are thinking
1. Torture Master (Inquisitor)/?
2. Buccaneer (Bard)/?
3. Brawler or Monk/?
4. Rogue or Ninja Sap Master/?
But we don't know what to pair them with or if there are better combos out there.

1. Torture Master Inquisitor/ UnChained Tetori Monk. Grappling machine.
2. Buccaneer Bard/ Order of the Pentinent Cavalier. Use a whip for trip/disarm. Pick up the Equipment Trick feat to hogtie everything.
3. Snakebite Brawler/Cult Leader Warpriest. Feint/Sap Master build.
4. Stygian Slayer/White-haired Witch. Slumber build.
Edit: everyone has strong saves, full BAB, and at least 6th level spells available to them.

Just a heads up, the new Martial Arts Handbook that is coming out has some pretty decent nonlethal options in it.
Not something you can use right now (unless you're subscribed to the Player's Companion line), but depending on how soon you need your character it's something to keep an eye out for online.
Sorry to be so vague :P

You can make do with a fear-based build like a Thug Rogue/Antipaladin with a Sap and the Enforcer/Hurtful combo. With this, you can terrify even creatures normally immune to fear.
Its very effective, I've completely disabled a party of adventurers with this guy once. Feel free to pick up the Tyrant archetype if you would prefer LE to CE as an alignment.
