Suggestion, Reactions for each Reaction

I'm curious, how unbalancing would it be for a character to have a Reaction available for each Reaction ability they possessed? For example, a Fighter with both the Attack of Opportunity and Reactive Shield abilities could use each once per round (but not say, AoO x2)?

This would especially help Paladins, who have Retributive Strike and also possibly Divine Grace, Attack of Opportunity, and Shield Block.

4E did similar thing with AoO that you had 1 AoO per oponents turn.

But I would limit it maybe to 1 AoO per 2 abilities(round up) that require it.

My first worry wouldn't be balancing, because that doesn't sound too powerful to me, but rather pacing during combats. One of the biggest strengths of the playtest, to me, so far has been that combat moves much quicker along than in PF1. I think giving out multiple reactions could throw a monkey wrench into that pacing, by adding too many options for some classes.

As a Player, I like the idea. Give me more options!

As a GM, I like the simplicity of the current setup. I think it keeps things moving, is easy to learn, and forces some fun decision making.

Pacing I could see being a concern, combat is rather quick without constant various intermissions of "Ha! You've activated my trap card!"

Yeah, I'm not concerned about balance (Pathfinder 1 was pretty fine with Combat Reflex characters), but pacing and time would be the biggest issue I can see.
Especially if you have multiple abilities that trigger off the same thing.

What about cashing in excess actions for more reactions? Currently the only way to be more "reactive" is to ready an action which uses 2 actions on your turn.

What if there was an opportunity to forgo one action to get a second reaction?

That shouldn't slow down play much, but would allow characters who spent resources on getting a lot of reactions to better use them.

While, yes it probably wouldn't slow down combat too much, I still think this is a bad idea, because I could see, for example Paladins, only attacking once and then using reactions thrice, because the additional attack penalties don't apply.

A sound rule I'd say would be that you could only use 1 Reaction per triggering Action.
