Starting Silver for higher level characters

I may have missed it, but I can't seem to find anything in the rulebook about the starting silver amount for creating a character at higher levels. I need to create a 5th level character for a playtest, and I don't know how much silver to begin with.

It's on page 348 under the character wealth table. You get each one of the items listed and that amount of gp.
