Open Innovation Tool to collect feedback

The forum is nice an all, but we live in modern times :).
Wouldn't some kind of open innovation tool be better and easier to use to collect and evaluate all the feedback from the community?

Yes, I know about the survey and already used it for my feedback. But the community can't see the input from the users and comment on it, Paizo can't follow these ideas and funnel them through a workflow. It all seems a little chaotic. If I want to see all ideas concerning resonance with at least 10 replies how would I do that? You also can't run KPIs on the incoming ideas or reports. All of this would be possible if a fitting tool was used.

What's 10 replies when your customer base is in six-digit numbers?

Something like UserVoice might be more effective. Let people vote on items, and give people a limited number of votes to spend so they have to choose how much they care about issues.
