I was thinking about building a Vigilante with an Executioner motif. I wanted him to have a big old beheading ax and a feel similar to the unstoppable slashers in horror films (Jason, Mike Myers). Is there any stats for an executioners ax? Do you folks have any suggestions for the build? I've gotten a little overwhelmed by all my options!

I think Vital Strike with the Butchering Axe will get the executioner feel across. Another option is to Prestige into Crimson Templar so that you can Coup de Grace with a Bastard Sword (Call it an Executioner Sword) as a standard action. Feats to consider are Brutal Coup de Grace or Throat Slicer

Coup de grace with a bastard sword sounds all neat and everything but TBH getting into situations where doing so is combat relevant are pretty rare.
Butchering axe/vital strike can get pretty impressive after a while, but i think it's better done with an abyssal bloodrager than vigilante.
Auto Enlarge from bloodrage + impact makes it 5d6 a hit and the rage gives access to Furious Finish So by 11 you can pretty easily be doing 94+18+other static bonuses in one powerful swing.

Vigilante-Serial Killer archetype, Vigilante talent : Twisting Fear , Rogue talent : Offensive Defense , Improved Surprise Follow-Through (check Skulking Slayer rogue archetype). Get the biggest weapon you can find and get crazy ammounts of AC in the middle of the fight, and when u kill you make your enemies shit their pants so hard they get dmg.

There is no 5d6. 3d6->4d6->6d6->8d6->12d6
Your example should be using 6d6

If you exit rage with furious finish u lose a spell slot(so at least use a couple round to buff,more efficient), more over the feat wont stack with imp. and greater vital strike.

I'd make it 2 handed fighter archetype/barbarian titan mauler/ living monolith myself

What spell slot? The enlarge is from abyssal bloodrage, not a spell cast. If you mean to fix fatigue..meh.

My bad i thought you meant to use enlarge person as the 11th level bloodrage allow you to ista cast a buff. Still it's not optimal to ragecycle with bloodrager but you can bypass fatigue with items as Cord of Stubborn Resolve and such.
