They'd be either from D&D 3.5's Expanded Psionics Handbook or from the Dreamscarred Press version of psionics, which you can find on d20srd.org or d20pfsrd.com respectively. i.e. definitely not from Paizo if that's relevant to you. The spelling is psicrystal BTW.
Yep those are the ones I was looking for thank you but unfortunately they seem to be restricted to psionic classes only which sucks, I just want a familiar that actually gets hit die for feats....

Familiar with feats? Maybe Fighter(Eldritch Guardian).

Nope just base familiars with feats with no reliance on me to hand them those feats I have no access to gestalt but I want them to actually get feats and skill points.

A courtly hunter gets an animal companion which has many of the features of a familiar. Animal companions get skills and feats of course.

There's nothing that's going to do that for a single-classed kineticist using elemental whispers, that I know of. The closest is maybe an amulet of mighty fists with the training property which gives exactly one combat feat to the wearer.
Wont work because 1. no magic item slots for an entity that's in my head and 2. I just want to give them skill focus.

In order to get a Psicrystal, you must take the Psicrystal Affinity feat. If you want to have a Psicrystal as more of an animal form or something else, try the Crystallized Creature feat in the book Psionics Augmented: Psicrystals Expanded . If that doesn't suit you, you can pick one of the others as well; maybe Psicrystal Weapon or Empowered Psicrystal might suit you better.
Hope this helps :)

Still needs to be a psionic class to gain access to which is not possible.

Wild Talent turns anyone into a psionic character.

How many feats would it take to get this going then because I can only afford 2.

Ryze Kuja |

So if you go human, you could take:
lvl1: Wild Talent, Psicrystal Affinity
lvl3: Superior Psicrystal: Crystallized Creature
At level 3, you could already start running around with a crystallized version of any small or medium animal available on the animal companion list.
Take Psicrystal Body (one of the new feats in Psicrystals Expanded) at level 5 and your Crystallized Creature becomes much more durable.

How are you able to use Dreamscarred Press material to get a Crystallized Creature but you're not able to pick a psionic class?

The character is already built and in game, I have the full build already planned out I have 2 feats still available. Also could the scicrystal also be the familiar in my head from elemental whispers or would it have to be its own creature.

All the stuff is available but I can not multiclass because kinetisist + multiclass = bad kinetisist so I cant take any actual levels in a psionics class.

Well, next campaign, try playing as a Psion with Psychokinesis Discipline :) You'll be considered a Kineticist and you can do some really fun things with attuning your Psionic Focus to the various elements (Fire/Cold/Elec/Sonic), and would work really well with boosting your Psicrystal via feats.
Human Psion
Traits: Psi-gifted: Energy Missile,
Lvl1: Psicrystal Affinity, Superior Psicrystal: Crystallized Creature, Psicrystal Body
Lvl3: Empower Power
Lvl5: Psionic Meditation, Bonus feat: Psicrystal Containment
Lvl7: Psicrystal Reservoir
Lvl9: Expanded Knowledge: Metamorphosis
Lvl10: Bonus feat: Quicken Power
Lvl11: Maximize Power
Lvl13: feat
Lvl15: feat, Bonus feat
Lvl17: feat
Lvl19: feat
Lvl20: Bonus feat
.
Make sure you pick up Energy Missile. It's probably one of the top 10 best powers in the game because you can fire into melee and hit 5 targets for tons of dmg and it's always a save for half. As a Kineticist, you can switch your Psionic Focus attunement from fire to cold to elec to sonic on the fly, and you can target either Fort or Reflex saves, all with one power. It's extremely versatile in the hands of a Kineticist (other Psion disciplines cannot change their Psionic Focus attunement on the fly like that).

Also, make sure you get Vigor at level 1 and Share Pain at level 3. You can Share Powers with your Psicrystal whenever you cast powers on yourself. So cast Vigor on yourself and your Psicrystal (5 Temp HP per PP spent), and then manifest Share Pain (50% dmg on you gets sent to your Psicrystal). Any time you or Psicrystal gets low HP, re-manifest Vigor. You'll be unkillable as long as you have PP ;)
Boost your Saves/AC with Fortify, Defensive Precognition, and Inertial Armor. They all stack with each other, and don't forget to Augment them ;)

Obviously you'd put the amulet on the familiar once it's not in your head. But if you're after a big skill bonus then the evolved familiar feat can give the skilled evolution for +8 to one skill.

If you want to play the most disgustingly overpowered class in Psionics, try a Soulthief Vitalist.
Human Vitalist:
Trait: Psi-gifted: Vigor
lvl1: Blind-fight, Intuitive Fighting
lvl3: Psicrystal Affinity
lvl5: Expanded Knowledge: Hammer
lvl7: Superior Psicrystal: Crystallized Creature
lvl9: Psicrystal Body
lvl11: Expanded Knowledge: Solicit Psicrystal -or- TWF
lvl13: Expanded Knowledge: Telekinetic Maneuver -or- Empower Power
lvl15: Expanded Knowledge: Disintegration
lvl17: feat
lvl19: feat
Vitalists use Wisdom for everything, and Intuitive Fighting makes you apply your Wis Mod to melee attacks in lieu of Str. Vitalists attack nothing but Touch AC, so if you have a Wis Mod of 8ish by level 10, your BAB will be +5, and average Touch AC on mobs is around 13-15. By then, you'll never miss unless you roll a 1. Every time you Steal Health or Xfer Wounds, you cause damage with Hammer charges going off and you also heal everyone in your group with a Triage Heal from the Soulthief Xfer Wounds method. Get Two-weapon Fighting somewhere in there if you want(maybe around lvl 11ish) and you can punch the mob 3 times in the round and your Hammer charges will be going off. Get Empower Power to make Hammer hit even harder.
Or, get Solicit Psicrystal/Telekinetic Maneuver. Your Psicrystal can take over the concentration of Telekinetic Maneuver for you, so now every round you're Attacking/Manifesting while your Psicrystal is Grappling/Tripping/Disarming/Pinning your enemy for you.
Remember to pick up Physical Acceleration at level 7 and manifest it through your collective for "Group Haste"!
It's straight up redorkulous. Your group will love you, your DM is going to consider nuking from orbit every session :P
