My brief time in his last WoT game showed me that much, ST Shadow. Course, you're a pretty good GM, too.
Vitaliano, the Wheel of Time RPG was produced by WotC and based on the 3.0 chassis, with some setting specific changes. It's popularity never got it past the CRB and one multi-level adventure in terms of publishing. There was a decent amount of fan content created, and I know of at least one full Pathfinder conversion - although I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of some of their design decisions.
I've actually been working off and on on my own conversion using the Pathfinder system for the past three years. It's fairly intensive, though, so I usually only work on it when I have the time and inclination.

Pretty good?
I gotta try harder! :-)

Thanks for the compliments guys. They mean a lot to me. And they also show i have set a high bar to re-attain.
I do a hybrid version of original wot rule book and pathfinder rules. Mostly its the Character classes, the defensive bonus, and equipment from the WOTrulebook, feats and skills from both rulesets, combat and cmb/cmd from pathfinder. And there has been some fan-made rulesets that i utilize as well. Someone actually created a bladeform skill that i find to be really awesome and fun to work into combat.

Looks like I wandered back in to town at the right time. Praise the Light.
I would like to apply to this but since I crapped out on my last games about a year ago, I've learned a bit about myself and in the interest of honesty, I'm a bit of a flake. I don't mean to be and I love playing PBP and Pathfinder in general, I just kinda fall in to a pit of anxiety and run from the boards without meaning to. I feel bad about dropping out of games on awesome GMs after they take a chance on my character so im just gonna be honest with everyone from now on.
Anyway, I'd love to apply and try break that cycle.

Its ok. I have my times when i also get anxious and cant concentrate on the game. Ive started a couple other games before this and my anxiety, depression and avoidance from my PTSD makes it difficult.
But, i have recently made some realizations about myself that should help me with this.
So i feel your pain, and have no problems having you in the group.

Im not dotting but I did a wheel of time campaign setting and rules supplement based on pathfinder rules. It seemed like in your posts that you were open to any ideas. I'm a Super huge fan of the series so I had to check out the postings. The setting takes place after the last battle with the remaining factions of channelers doing a U.N. type grey tower to make a rules in accordance with agreed actions.
R.I.P Robert Jordan.

Oooo good question. I never considered after the end of the series. Lots of potential there. Perhaps an adventure to find the Song? Or rebuilding Arad Doman? Or carve out an new country? Hmmmm...perhaps Messana recovers her mind?
Hey Rizzen, good to see you back in the saddle. If you'll have me, I'd love a chance to participate again.
I'd actually had a similar kind of concept in mind if I ever had a chance to run a home WoT game. I was hoping to find a system that might fit it better than 3.0/Pathfinder. I was thinking about a modified version of Savage Worlds, but I never got around to trying to build the crunch.
My idea for the campaign would centre around Avienda's second vision in the Pillars in Rhuiden, the one where the Seanchan continue to take over the world, and wipe out the Aiel. The Seanchan make a very appealing villain I think, with all the Damane under their control and needing to be free, and the unacknowledged secret that the Empress herself is someone that could learn to channel, and therefore herself Mareth-Damane.
I was thinking of starting either right after the end of the last book, and finding out what happens after (Do Perrin and Fialle become king and queen of Saldaea? Do Logain and the Asha'man complete the Black Tower? Is Malkier reborn? Does Galad wed the first of Mayene? What happens to the Sharans in the wake of their chosen one's death, and the fact that they fought on the side of the Dark one.), or perhaps about 5 years later.
Not to mention that I cannot recall whether the forces of the Shadow survive the closing of the Bore or not; I think it would be an interesting Spice to see surviving Myrdrrahl trying to carve out small empires with left over Trolloc armies.
Regardless of what you decide to do, I'd be on board!

Those are some serious questions that need answers.
And given what i am considering, i think they would be beneficial to have answers.
The one answer i do know already, is that the Black Tower doesnt exist as it once was. Instead of one single location, its multiple. Set within larger cities and outside city limits in smaller locations, they are more like chapter houses, or garrisons. The relationship between them and the White tower is tenuous. The distrust of the Aes Sedai, and the Red Ajah is deep seated. It will take generations to bring the two together.
But, for this adventure, timeline, i am looking to place it 150-200 years after the last battle.

hmmmm...let's do this. i am going to make a posting to start recruitment and everyone who dotted, please go there and follow the character creation outline.
here is the active recruitment thread i jsut started for this new adventure

Is it too late to vote for option 1, 2, or 3? 200 years after the last battle sounds too dissimilar from the world or the books. It was living in and interacting with that world, while its events were going on in other places while we struggled on behind the scenes that made it so engaging. At least in my experience...
