Dear Paizo.

I think you should curate P2E.

Please do so with a scalpel.

Not with a scorched earth policy.

I do agree with the sentiment that Paizo should improve their errata policies, way too often have i found the errata to be either unhelpful, too harsh, and sometimes just pointless.

I'm not sure if Paizo should invest any significant amounts of time and energy into something that only a small slice of highly invested customers care about. I run my PF games for over 20 people at this point and only I and two other people are aware of there existing any errata/FAQ.

Coincidentally, a good deal of that tiny slice of highly invested customers are likely unhappy with errata whatever it says due to the level of their emotional attachement to whether something is +2 or +3.

No one I've played with is aware of FAQs or errata.

I know of them, but have to look through them.

For home games, I ignore them entirely

Would it be okay to say that I would prefer they maybe stretch their interval for when they release products so that there is more time to review material and hopefully release more fully vetted materials that are less likely to break the game and thus less likely to need FAQ/errata.

I'll allow that.

Aha, my thread title was errata'd!

Another mark on the bingo board.

Anyway, I'm not advocating for or against errata, merely that if there is errata, it should partition baby from bathwater like a responsible parent.
