Order advice:
↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.
↬If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.

Yeah, I pretty much guarantee it's going to be valueless in my case because I always have a dozen or so things in my sidecart (which all count as 'shipping next month' even though many of them sit there for months before getting cancelled).
As shipping costs creep up, cashflow management becomes ever more of an issue. :(
I really recommend the 'buy yourself a weekly gift voucher' approach to smooth out expenses. Especially if you know there's something big on the horizon. I did that when the RotRL minis came out and when they finally shipped they seemed surprisingly cheap.

This is what I do, and it absolutely helps a tonne to smooth my finances out.
Except in cases where the shipping is literally almost 300% the cost of the product itself - whilst I know I’m in Australia and thus should be expecting to pay through the nose for anything that is being shipped here, that sort of price difference is a little over the top even by my standards :(
Funnily enough, when I was messing around with the different shipping options, the cost of USPS Priority shipping for the two AP volumes is about what I would expect the cost of UPS International to be (about $67, for the record) so I really am beginning to doubt that this is an isolated occurance, and just a general increase in the cost of shipping. I hope not, but the doubt is now there.

Hi Cat-thulhu,
It's hard to tell since we haven't actually generated the order yet, so it could just be that the My Subscriptions page is being stubborn. However, it could be partially because of the miniatures.
I took a look into your last Battles order, and it seems that was only able to go UPS International for ~$156. That subscription order (#4517588) didn't include other items like this upcoming one, so that may be another factor. I'll make sure to check in on your order once it's been generated to see if it looks correct or if there are still issues.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if you see anything out of place in the meantime!

After doing a couple test batches, we've determined that the auth is ready to be set loose! Orders should be generating over this evening and possibly into tomorrow morning.
Please feel free to look over your order confirmation emails to verify that everything is correct and let us know in this thread if there are any questions or concerns. Thanks!

See this is why you are such a beloved company. Thanks Katina. Its gone to auth as $100 as cheapest method possible. Ive started a new thread since im happt to pay 156 or so if it means faster and safer delivery, just shocked at the cost that appeared, which i realise is us post not you guys of course.

You seem to have solved the issue of the high cost of shipping. My pre-shipping subscription email (order# 4815678) shows it going USPS Priority Mail for $0.00.
I figured I’d mention it just in case that’s an error. :)
Hi Steve!
Thanks for letting us know, turns out that was indeed an error :D It looks like our system was having some trouble calculating, since it was trying to fit everything in one gigantic package. Since the minis ship in their own packaging, I've moved them to their own order to try to un-tangle things. It does look like that did the trick, since now both orders are displaying shipping costs.
I'll go ahead and send you a confirmation email for both of them, so you can look them over to verify that everything is correct. Just let me know if our system is doing any more wacky things!
Thanks, Steve!

Well, my order of Campaign Setting Nidal, AP #129, Comic Spiral of Bones #1 and SAP #5 comes with shipping of $18.30 which seems okay.
But hey, maybe I'm paying Steves shipping with my Pathfinder Playtest Preorder that has no items but a Total of $26.46? (Order #4787442)
Hi Franz,
That's so generous of you! :P I've taken a look into your Playtest Preorder, and it looks like our system was just being stubborn. You should have received a couple of emails with more details. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Thanks,
-Katina

Hi Cat-thulhu,
It looks like your order is having the same issue that I was explaining to Steve above. Our system was trying to put everything into one shipment, even though the minis are in their own shippable packaging. I've separated your order as well, and I'll be sending you updated confirmation emails.
Unfortunately, it does look like $210 is the correct price for shipping just the minis. I did some investigating to find out why, and it appears that this set is about 5lbs heavier than Maze of Death, for example. It's a whopping 14 lbs, and it appears that UPS International is the only option for it. Just let me know if you want to make any changes, and I'll see what I can do.
Thanks for your patience!

Oh well, at least UPS is the fastest method isn’t it? Should get them faster then. Silver lining and all that. Thanks again Katina.

Hey folks, just an update that we do believe there is a problem calculating shipping, particularly for minis cases and international orders. Our tech team is looking into those issues but we won't have any updates until at least Monday. I'll be posting in this thread as we know more to keep everybody updated.
If you believe that your order has been affected, please let us know in this thread so we can take a look. Thanks, and have a great weekend!

Order 4756216. International shipping (to Canada) plus minis. Looks a little odd, especially with the case incentive Hydra shipping separately for the full order and being charged for shipping at over half what the rest of the order is being shipped at. Could be correct, but I would like clarification.

I just received my case of the latest D&D icons of the realms set.
It is significantly bigger and heavier than previous cases. I wonder if that might go some way to explaining the issue with PFBattles subscription shipping costs this month.
Either because WizKids have increased the size of the boosters and hence cases or because they haven’t but their system has erroneously used their most recent shipment (from a different-but-similar product) to advise Paizo of the dimensions of this month’s case.

This may or may not be an error but for some reason I have 2 packages one with one flip-mat and the other with an AP volume and a flip-mat, I'm not really sure why it would be cheaper/better to ship one flip-mat and an AP in a separate box than the other flip-mat. Its not the end of the world since I'm sure the shipping difference is something like $3 but it was curious, so I figured I'd post.

Hi Shaudius,
I think this actually may be the correct behavior. For standard post, if a parcel is over 1lb, it has to be at least 50% bound printed material, which the maps are not. Because of this, the AP would be able to go with a map, but another map would not.
I hope this helps! For other folks, we are still looking into the shipping issues and will be updating as soon as we have more info.

I have a questione about the mail for my subscription order. Until last month the shipping cost for the order was 8,29$, this time instead the mail says that the shipping cost is 5,65$ although the order content is unchanged (one Adventure Path issue). Is the shipping cost actually lower than the previous times or this is an error due to the shipping system problems?

Good morning Katina. I notice my sub is now split in two as expected. The non-mini part is shipping standard (12-20 days) while the minis are shipping UPS. The UPs though also states 12-20 days in transit, is this correct for UPS? I always thought this method was much faster, hence the much greater cost.
I also gad to update the expiry date on my card for payment. Has this caused delays?
