I don't really like Golarion that much, but also don't mind it at all. I have no problem with Golarion-infused rules as a principle, but one thing I want to be heard:
Please, please don't balance character options with deity, ethnicity or regional restrictions. I don't mind certain feats, spell or prestige classes have a prerequisite of some of those things, but put a sidebar or disclaimer somewhere that if I want to re-fluff certain feat or whatever, I can, without having to fight an uphill battle with those that throw around words like "munchkin" and "powergamer".
Frankly, I would rather for you not to use such prerequisites at all, like naming a feat by a deity who's followers use it rather than it having a prerequisite of worshiping said deity.

Bladed Brush immediately comes to mind. This feat enabled a mechanically distinct combat style, and was applicable on a wide variety of characters. It was so successful with the playerbase that its religious requirements stopped making sense, because characters were obviously just Shelynites on paper to get access to this awesome combat style. This in turn made it impossible to use for flavor purposes in the first place, since everyone just presumed the moment they saw Bladed Brush on your character sheet that your religion was chosen for mechanical reasons. This shows the potential hazard even in a game that takes place in Golarion. A successful feat might actually have the opposite effect and devalue the flavor of the deity.
And for us sitting on the non-Golarion side of the fence, we're stuck wondering whether this is supposed to be an intended counter-balance. Bladed Brush is once again a great example, because its religion requirements place a limitation on Clerics and which domains they can use. Is it appropriate to allow this with different domains? That's a hard question on which a GM has no guidance.

Also shortening the grip is nice sometimes. And yes, Bladed Brush is exactly the thing I'm talking about. Don't do that, please.

It makes it count as a one-handed weapon for swashbuckler powers.
Or any class that requires one-handed weapons. There's even a fair argument it'd work for the Magus.
It also lets you shorten your grip as a move action and gets a slightly bigger damage die than the Elven Branched Spear.
