Feats for Reach Increase:
Lunge: As a free action(pretty much), increase reach by 5ft but you take a -2 penalty on your AC until the start of your next turn.
Combat Patrol: Full-round action to increase reach(Kinda. It's your threatened area, rather, but oh well) by 5ft per 5BAB you have. You can move up to your speed to make attacks of opportunity against anyone that provokes within the area you set up.(If I'm not entirely mistaken)
Those are the ones I know at the top of my head, at least...

Traits: Bred for War gives a +1 CMB, but is a human race trait, so it requires adopted if you aren’t human.
Noble Born is a campaign trait from Kingmaker. If you choose Orlovsky as the family, you get a +1 CMD. But you have to convince your GM to let you take a Kingmaker campaign trait.
Heirloom Weapon can get you a bonus to one maneuver performed with the weapon.
Dirty Fighting feat can add +2 to the flank bonus for performing a maneuver if you have the Improved maneuver feat for that maneuver.

No on Monkey Lunge. It is a broken feat. Read it carefully. It costs a standard action and only lasts till the end of your turn. That means you can't attack. On the plus side, you don't take a penalty to your AC.

Wait wha...? It's actually COMPLETELY useless then, unless you have Quicken Spell and can deliver a spell as a Swift Action or something like that. Wow.

.....by my reading....your limited to a single attack, but you can certainly still attack.
It would be useless otherwise...

You would be incorrect. An attack is a standard action. If you use a standard action to monkey lunge, you are left with a swift/immediate action and a move action/5' step. No attack.
I see what your saying, the wording is definitely off....but it clearly means that Monkey Lunge is triggered when you make an attack as a standard action.

taks |

No, it doesn't "clearly" mean that. It means it takes a standard action to implement monkey lunge. If it "clearly" meant that it would say so. Once you execute that standard action, you're done. In contrast, lunge doesn't take an action, you lunge for +2 to hit and -2 to AC, then get your normal actions.
This has been discussed rather repeatedly here in the forums. The consensus is that it was intended to be a swift action, but got worded incorrectly.

A dusty rose Prism inside a Wayfinder gives you an Untyped +2 bonus to both CMB and CMD.
I thank you for the suggestion ;)
On average I do builds specifically based on race/class/feats/traits.
I tend to not want to be reliant on magic items that I either may not be able to acquire, or that can be taken from me.
So I look at items as "icing on the cake" so to speak :P

WHere is this list on Archives or D20? Cause I do not have the source and do not play PFS anymore. Is there a new online list like the old one here
Cause without the Source book I have not seen these changes via the online sources.

Archives of Nethys is up to date. Note that Seeker of Secrets didn’t change. The item was reprinted with new resonance rules in the Adventurer’s Guide.
LINK to the updated description. It will eventually make it into the PRD, at which point it will be the only version legal in PFS. The OP didn’t say specifically PFS, so if their GM allows the old one, great.

I suppose there's a benefit to a build that is aiming to focus on Attacks of Opportunity, but that's about all I can think of.

From Horror Adventures, there is a human alternate racial trait that replaces Skilled that gives a bonus to CMB and CMD that should be untyped:
Giant Ancestory
Source Horror Adventures pg. 41
Humans with ogre or troll ancestry end up having hulking builds and asymmetrical features. Such humans gain a +1 bonus on combat maneuver checks and to CMD, but a –2 penalty on Stealth checks. This racial trait replaces skilled.

Yeah, but it only lasts till the end of your turn. So, do you remain lunging at -2 AC after your turn, but until your next turn? It is, without a doubt, one of the strangest feats.
