According to the entry all Wyrwoods know how to make more of there kind. I am playing a Wyrwood. Does anyone know if there has been a official construction requirements list or cost? Since they are listed as CR 1/2 encounters with class levels I can not imagine they are that pricey. And yes I know they are NPCs, I want to use them to fill out my leadership score.

Since Wyrwood children would be no more loyal or useful as followers as other Wyrwood who flock to your banner, there's no benefit to making them versus having them show up for free.
There can only be a disadvantage from burning WBL on it. If you're not burning WBL then your GM is handwaving and the cost doesn't matter anyway.
That said, for non-Leadership feat purposes, I'd price them as CR 1/2 constructs per the CR-based price formula given in Ultimate Magic, IIRC.

So 500 ahead? Also there is no such thing as Wyrwood children. They are built full grown. Also can't have more show up, not on the same planet anymore.

Children as in progeny, not the stage of development. Seems more appropriate than creator and creation for a self-perpetuating race where there is no inbuilt control or loyalty like with other constructs.
CR 1/2 constructs would have a market price of 250 and a creation cost of 125.
A Wyrwood level 1 Expert could afford to make a new one rolling Profession checks in 79 days using Magic Capital from the Downtime system, which is about 1.2% of the time it takes to gestate a human and raise them to 18 years of age. So each Wyrwood could produce 86 functional adults in the time it takes for one human generation to go from tryst to adulthood.
Without Magic capital it would take 127 days to get the scratch and complete building it. That's about 1.9% of the time to make a human adult from scratch and just shy of 54 in the time to make a human and for it to age up to 18.

Or it takes my 5th level Caster Wyrwood with Craft Construct and a Valet familiar a day to make one (Two if you can have the familiar create one / take cooperative crafting as you can literally produce twice the amount of magic items a day).
So that makes 270ish by the time the human is out of the womb. 365 by the time the kid is three months and 6570 Wyrwood by adult hood assuming none of them chose to make anymore. Oh and they live forever... How have these guys not taken over yet?
