So, there are a number of classes unlike the wizard and alchemist who can pad their book in various manners.
Thos classes, of which I named three in the thread title seem to have a fixed (and char independent) number of each level of spells depending on their own level. This is a great restriction in spell repertoire, are their ways to expand this repertoire somehow>?
As I'm not an expert in PF, and don't own that many books, when proposing solutions, please also mention the source.
Thank you

There's more than pages of spell knowledge. Rings of spell knowledge, mnemonic vestments have a similar effect 1/day, a few ioun stones.
I think these are all in Ultimate Equipment. You can use Archives of Nethys to find them all.
Consumable magic items like scrolls and wands can effectively extend your spells known.

Expanded Arcana
Your research has revealed new spells.
Prerequisites: Caster level 1st, see Special.
Benefit: Add one spell from your class's spell list to your list of spells known. This is in addition to the number of spells normally gained at each new level in your class. You may instead add two spells from your class's spell list to your list of spells known, but both of these spells must be at least one level lower than the highest level spell you can cast in that class. Once made, these choices cannot be changed.
Special: You can only take this feat if you possess levels in a class whose spellcasting relies on a limited list of spells known, such as the bard, oracle, and sorcerer.
You can gain Expanded Arcana multiple times.

Note that while a wizard may have many spells in his spell book, many of these spells won't see active use and/or will decline in usefulness as the character levels up. Other casting classes don't actually need as many spells. For example, there are quite a few spells that are dependent on the hit dice of the target, like sleep and cause fear. A 12th level magic user won't get a lot of use out of a spell that only affects targets with four or five hit dice. You may want a spell like this for a lower level sorcerer, but you should use the following rule to swap it out for more useful as you level up:
Upon reaching 4th level, and at every even-numbered sorcerer level after that (6th, 8th, and so on), a sorcerer can choose to learn a new spell in place of one she already knows. In effect, the sorcerer loses the old spell in exchange for the new one. The new spell's level must be the same as that of the spell being exchanged. A sorcerer may swap only a single spell at any given level, and must choose whether or not to swap the spell at the same time that she gains new spells known for the level.

Aasimar, Tieflings, and Elemental Planetouched have access to alternate racial features that allow them to count as Humans for most purposes - including qualifying for Human-exclusive feats, Archetypes, and Favored Class Bonuses. Half-Orcs and Half-Elves, by default, count as fully both sides of their heritages for the same purposes.
Wayang Bards and Oracles can also gain bonus spells known as a FCB - the downside being that the options are much more limited (Illusions only), the upside being that they may be taken from a completely different class's (Wizard) list!

Also, if you can get access to a domain (as the appropriate class, not by adding a level of cleric), you get access to the domain spells.
For example, the Stargazer of Pulara, gets
"At 3rd level, the stargazer gains the Stars subdomain in addition to any domains he already has. His stargazer levels count as (and stack with) cleric levels when determining which domain abilities he gains and their effects. If he isn’t a cleric, the subdomain’s spells are added to his class spell list (if necessary) and to his spells known, spellbook, familiar, or similar source. Spells added this way may be cast only once per day, unless using the stars are right ability. He can use the stars are right ability regardless of his spellcasting class."
The Stars Subdomain is a subdomain of the Void domain. (If you scroll down you will find the Stars subdomain)

A wand with any spell on your list can be cast without a skill roll. Level 1 spells are cheap on wands, but higher level ones aren't so easy on the gold.
Once you get to a Use Magic Device Skill score of +19, you can use any wand in the game (particularly useful if there are spells on other classes lists that you want). A charisma based caster should be able to get that UMD score by level 9 or so with a high CHA score, max ranks, class skill, headband of charisma, and circlet of persuasion. That +19 score with a natural 1 on the die still gets you a 20 to use any wand (so, up to 4th level spells for any class).
One issue with the FCB is that it is 1 level behind your best spell level, and since you are a spontaneous caster, you are already 1 level behind your prepared caster friends 50% of the time.
[If you just got to level 6 as a sorceress, you can only use the Human Favored Class Bonus to select a level 2 spell, not a level 3 one {even though your wizard friend has been able to cast level 3 spells since he was level 5}].
The Expanded Arcana feat does not have that issue, but it is sucking up a feat slot...
If you have lax retraining rules, you can take the feat Skill Focus UMD to get your +19 sooner than 9th, or take that Expanded Arcana feat and retrain it to provide higher level spells every so often.
