I think Mysterious stranger could be a wand user, it has a great Charisma and a little bit of utility deeds, so i'm thinking about building around a "support" gunslinger who stays in the back of the battlefield helping spellcaster defending themselves. I also think the blatherskite can be a fun archetype. Can ypu help me move around this build idea( levels don't really matter).

Gunslingers are made for dealing damage. It's their only job, but they are damn good at it. Each round spent casting suboptimal spells from a wand is a round spent not full attacking.
You are free to put ranks in Use Magic Device, and it would be indeed a good idea, but it will never be something you'll use in combat, if not on very specific circumstances (eg, heal the cleric using a wand of Cure Light Wounds).
In other words, "Yer -not- a Wizard, Harry!"

Nope.
Wizards can get Staff-like Wand, an arcane discovery that lets them use their caster level and stats when casting from wands, but it comes online quite late in the game. Magician Bard and maybe a couple of other classes/archetypes have a similar thing, but nothing that could be efficiently and reliably used in combat, every round.

The gunslinger deeds aren't much use if you're not shooting a gun, and the utility shot deed is IMO startlingly bad. Two of the effects are sub-cantrip level, and blast lock is like a knock spell that can go horribly wrong.
Still, if you're looking at ways to act as a support character as a gunslinger, there are feats like redirected shot, tracer fire and/or weapon trick (ranged weapon). Redirected shot requires deadly aim, point blank shot and precise shot, tracer fire just requires point blank and precise shot. The prereqs for the tricks of weapon trick are precise shot, snap shot and far shot, and snap shot in turn requires point blank shot, rapid shot and weapon focus. That's a few feats whichever you go for - what level are you starting at?
Alternately if you're looking at ways to help with wands the wand dancer feat (requires dodge & mobility) is a possibility.
I think this'd work better with the more numerous bonus feats of a fighter or a slayer. Even if they don't otherwise need charisma there's nothing stopping either investing in it.
Edit: if the main idea is to be a 'wand gunner' & support isn't as important, then a magus with the wand wielder and wand mastery magus arcana is a good start, better than a gunslinger at least.

One important limitation to be aware of is that if you're holding a wand then you don't have a free hand with which to reload your firearm. This is a potentially huge problem for you if you want to have both a wand and firearm equipped. Eldritch Archer solves the problem of fighting and casting at the same time, but the wand issue remains a problem. Juggler Bard is one multiclass option to get around the issue of not having a free hand, and it does synergize with mysterious stranger in terms of utilizing charisma, but it has a much tougher action economy than the Eldritch Archer who gets to mix spellcasting and shooting more freely.
