I suspect this is related to the same issue reported in this thread. Unfortunately, the folks who'd be able to investigate this are still not back in the office to review.

I am missing games too... As I am on the march to Five Star GM status, I found the missing games a little disconcerting.
I tried looking under the bed and between the couch cushions, but a few of mine seem to have definitely gone missing. I hope to get them back before PaizoCon when I am planning to go for my 5 Star Review Table.

There are definite issues with PFS reporting.
I have no GM or player sessions recorded since PaizoCon in May, despite the VO's insisting they have reported my games.
There are sessions from March and April that were previously reported and now are gone.
Not to mention player sessions not being displayed when you open that character.
What's up with all this?

Hey folks!
I'll be looking into this as soon as I get back into the office, currently I'm out and about until early next week at which time I'll be looking into this in full. I appreciate everyone's patience in the mean time.
I'm pretty sure this is an issue with the way we're displaying reported scenarios (or rather, not displaying them) under specific conditions more than the data outright disappearing. I'll try and verify that once I'm able to.

The woman in Red appears in the holographic picture, then looks to the holocamera, pleading. "Help us, Erik Keith Kenobi! You're our only hope!"
^ This was also intended to be a bump of the thread. I don't like whining, so prefer to use humor. As noted in the GenCon Reporting Thread, Bob seems to imply that everything has been reported save 9-00 and ACG reporting, yet I am missing 4 tables from GenCon.
I'd rather be part of solutions than complaining to you guys, but I am paying very close attention to my table count right now. I *think* that I am on track to run a 5 star confirmation table at PaizoCon, but I cannot tell if this is so. The reason I want that table at PaizoCon is that I am a dual citizen of the Minnesota and Online regions. I'd love to have my beloved Venture Captains from both regions at my table, and PaizoCon is the only place where that can happen.
Yeah, I know it's in about 7.5 months... But I like to plan ahead. I'm comforted by the presence of data. It's part of the professional hazard of being a librarian. Seeing my table count slowly tick upwards tells me that I am on track, and that I don't have to kill myself taking on tons of extra GMing to get to my goal point. Remove that data from me, and I begin to fret and become uncertain.
Even if you don't know what is causing this yet, having occasional updates helps keep me calm.
Given the lack of blog posts, I suspect there are too many fires to handle at the moment
TOZ, as always, I suspect you are right. I should be more patient. Learn to just say "Que sera, sera!" Then take a deep breath and drink some more tea. It is just so hard for my OCD self to be without glorious lovely data!
Hope the bug hunt goes well,

It seems like every time I do a convention, my count does not go up accurately for the tables that I earned. Oddly, for the place I normally GM, where I am a reporter, my table count goes up there and ONLY there. Does this bug let you report your own tables, but ding you on the ones that are reported by others? I am a sad GM because I am now missing tables from Convergence, GenCon and SkalCon.

Starfinder Special table missing for me. Also it seems someone mis-reported a table I ran as someone else's, then fixed the issue, but it's not showing up as one of my tables ran for purposes of Nova acquisition, even though it's now reported as me. In case it matters, it's Session 703 of GenCon this year. Thanks!

Oh gods how did a month go by -- Sorry about that everyone, let me follow up with a status report.
The issue is currently in our queue of projects being worked on and has been actively looked into by the team. The data is definitely there so rest safe, we're working on getting reporting to properly take it into account when displaying your GM totals.
@James -- I'll see if that special case is something I can get resolved tomorrow when I get in. It may also be a good data point for documenting an improvement to the reporting system if it happens every time, which is completely possible.

Checked on my account and with some friends. We are not missing GM credit (at least based on XX tables of Credit) and it shows up under GM sessions. Main issue is not appearing under Character Sessions, so most characters are missing XP.
One of my friends is a 4* with 200+ tables of GM credit and 50 over characters. He told me until the problem is fixed he will prob just run games and play 1-5 tier games.
Hope it gets resolved soon! :)

Just the 2 3 4 5 star GMs who are apparently no longer valued customers, volunteers and players.
Eh, lets not turn this into this sort of conversation. I get that you are feeling ignored and devalued. But we don't know what the bug is, why its happening, or the problems they are having fixing it.

I think that the negativity springs from how that other thread was handled. An issue was brought up and little was said about it. Then it was closed and we were sent here with no clarity as to why since the two issues only appear tangentially related.
Officially, all we know is that things changed when Starfinder kicked off. It sure would be nice to know if the sessions link issue is actually directly related to the GM reporting, but we've heard no word. This just makes it feel like an issue is being hand waved rather than being actually addressed.
While we can't really tell what the root of the problem is, it's not too hard to come up with theories and some semi-educated speculation. From what I can see through our small lens, it looks like something has disconnected between reported scenarios and ACG character records. The issue is only happening to the sessions links with ACG characters (that I've heard of to this point). Looking at the Player Sessions tab shows that all ACG characters are showing up as Character Name NULL. Either the query that's triggered when we click the sessions link needs to be updated for ACG characters or data is recorded different than the query expects it to be and needs to be cleaned up.
I've been relatively quiet for the time but it's been nearly 2 months since the issue has been addressed and we've gotten less than no information about the problem.

Erik,
Any follow up on this? Any chance this can be moved up in the queue to take care of it sooner rather than later?

To most companies, bottom-line matters. Those keeping Organized Play going, buying Scenarios APs and New PDFs etc help keep money flowing into Paizo. I dont even spend barely a fraction of what my two 4* GM friends do lol.
They are probably part of the maybe 10-20% customer base that accounts for maybe 80-90% of the companies' B2C sales.
So Paizo really should be looking at supporting them and keeping them happy.
That said, they are both currently quite happily into Starfinder (and Im not haha) and not keen on carrying on meaningfully with playing PFS, and definitely not while their 100-200+ credits over 40-50+ characters are a pain to sort out.
It could actually be a plan to guide us all over into Starfinder too.
So no (real) sarcasm meant, it might be part of a plan to try and focus on a new product line.
Meantime, lets try this again for the Moderators and Paizo Staff reading this, if any.
They (especially the 4-5 star GMs, including you Tallow) are probably part of the maybe 10-20% customer base that accounts for maybe 80-90% of the companies' B2C sales.
