I can't find any text directly disallowing it. On the other hand, a rogue can't pick a talent twice by using ninja trick, ACG says abilities from parent and child class don't stack and you could argue the slayer pulls from the same talent pool as the rogue. These three are just indications, no proof, of course.
So I'd use balance considerations to make the decision: A second combat feat for sacrificing a talent is a nice deal, but hardly gamebreaking. Slayer's access to combat style feats (without meeting the prerequisites, like a ranger) feels more powerful - and with your 2 rogue levels you delay your progression on them.

"Parent Classes: Each of the following classes draws upon two classes to form the basis of its theme. While a character can multiclass with these parent classes, doing so usually results in redundant abilities. Such abilities don't stack unless specified. If a class feature allows the character to make a one-time choice (such as a bloodline), that choice must match similar choices made by the parent classes and vice-versa (such as selecting the same bloodline)."
Seem to me if you chose combat trick from both classes it falls under that one time choice since you can only choose that combat trick 1 time so if you took it with second class it would have to be the same feat and redundant.

it says, such as bloodline.
So for me that would be things like, ranger combat styles, deity, channeling positive or negative energy with a neutral cleric.
Not things that you pick from a list, every 2 levels you're deciding on which rogue talent to pick up, that's not much of a one time choice. Otherwise it seems you're basically saying that brawlers would be limited to choosing the same combat feats they chose as a fighter for their bonus combat feats.
