I'm DM'ing an upcoming campaign and am in the planning stage. The final bosses I want are Clerics who worship the 4 horsemen. I want each of the 4 to embody aspect of each of the horsemen in their play style. I'm trying to stay way from multiclassing due to it potentially hurting their power but I'm up to any suggestions. What do you think?

Souldrinkers are the prestige class for Horsemen worshipers. I'd give each of them a few levels in it. Except Szuriel's since the Souldrinker's low BAB will probably kill any melee-focused build.
Perhaps a greatsword-wielding crusader cleric for Szuriel and an undead lord for Charon? Not sure what to do about Apollyon besides the plague subdomain.
I'd give each of them an undead or nightmare steed and some mounted combat feats as bonus feats.

I dunno, but the full TWF chain plus at least 2 levels in Souldrinker and keen weapons would be an excellent way to lay on negative levels.
Also, try the Warpriest for Szuriel, specifically the Arsenal Chaplain archetype. You could make him a vital striker with the Weapon of the Chosen feat chain. That, or he could be a bladebound magus with Rhoka proficiency.
Trel also has access to the madness domain, so he can be a bit of a mezzer.
Also, they all have access to elemental subdomains (Water for Charon, Air for Apollyon, etc.) Have you thought about making them elemental creatures or utilizing energy somehow?

I think I would use the negative level dual wielder for famine. Perhaps a blight druid that runs in to occupy the fighter
A harm build for death could be fun. Make him a lich or other undead then give him spell perfection(harm), additional traits(wayang spellhunter, metamagic master), quicken spell, and focused spell. Throw in a single level of monk for extra fun
War seems a straight forward buff and full attack build with a greatsword
Remember to use the spell Virulence for pestilance
Lastly I think you should give each of them reflavored greater nightmares(can't remember the real name. Its right next to nightmare)
