There's also getting someone else to move you via spells or something, which performs similarly or better. Then there's the 10' step which Outslug Sprint (I think?) allows. A green faith marshal inquisitor or an uda wendo medium can take an animal/terrain domain like the plains domain mentioned in that reddit list, and arguably separatist clerics can too. A batrachian helm allows swift action movement 3 times per day. I'm sure there's more still.

For some reason I haven't been able to access Reddit at all. Can someone summarize the contents for me please?

You know, if what you really wanted was pounce on a paladin you might have said so rather than asking such a wide ranging question.
Also by implication your paladin is unmounted, non-catfolk, non-kitsune, not using tiger hide armor and has no assistance from others since any of those will allow pounce or similar.

You missed the Battle Oracle mystery Surprising Charge. 1/day movement as an immediate action, increasing uses by 1 at 7th and 15th levels.

Also remember while pounce is good often waiting is better just as good or better.
Situation 1.
Pouncer attacks you the pc first. It gets a full attack at + 2 then you get full attack with -2 to their AC. If either of you have rake advantage pouncer.
Situation 2.
You pounce and they get a full attack. With a full attack each the advantage goes to the Pouncer again if they have rake. Otherwise tie.
Situation 3.
Enemy moves and single attacks or charges. Pc gets a full attack advantage pc. Likely better than charging and pouncing.
Situation 4.
Pc pounces a pc with without pounce. Take situation 3 and turns it into situation 2. Turning a win into a tie.
There are obviously other permeatations involving readied actions, aoo, tripping etc. If you have a reach weapon that sway heavily toward them coming to you. The counter point is pouncing let's you dictate who fights whom. Unless your character just attacks that guy in front of them which is valid.
But when pouncing there is more strategy than I see most people playing. Other considerations are like "is there a caster that needs to start making concentrations checks now?" On of the huge advantages of the battle oracle is the mediate action.

Looks like there's no good way for the Paladin. :(
A wand of Beast Shape II might be an option. Yes, it's not on your class spell list, you have limited skill ranks* and not UMD as class skill* - but at least you got some Cha. And 21k for 50 charges is not that bad, might be all you will ever need.
* These two can be addressed with human / some Int respective a trait.
