My question revolves around interaction of several things: crossblooded sorcerer archetype, dragon disciple and robes of arcane heritage.
I have a 7th crossblooded abyssal/draconic bloodline sorcerer, with 9 levels of Dragon Disciple.
Dragon Disciple states that I can add my DD levels to my sorcerer level when determining my draconic bloodline powers. But in my case, it's crossblooded. Wearing the robe, I would think that I would have access to all bloodline powers up to the capstone (7 sorcerer + 9 DD + 4 robes)and can chose from either.
The abysal bloodline powers are claws, demon resistance, strength of abyss, added summoning, demonic might. The draconic bloodline powers are claws, dragon resistance, breath weapon, wings, power of the wyrms. DD gains you dragon bite, dragon breath, blind sense, dragon form, wings.
One question is can you skip picking up breath weapon and wings from the Draconic bloodline, gain them from DD and do you still gain the added enhancement because you met the requirement (high enough to grant this ability even though you didn't take it).
So for example, wings from DD state:
Once his level is high enough to grant this ability through the bloodline, the dragon disciple’s speed increases to 90 feet.
So if I took added summoning (abyssal) instead of wings (draconic) do I still get a fly speed of 90 when I get to 9th level DD? Similarly do I gain an additional use of the breath weapon even though I chose strength of abyss instead of breath weapon from my bloodline choices?
Finally, with regards to bonus spells, as a crossblooded sorcerer, you have access to either one of the two bloodlines spell list. Does the DD benefit blood of dragons only apply to the draconic bonus spells?

I would say Dragon Disciple advances only your draconic bloodline, and will do nothing for abyssal.
You could choose not to take the abilities from the draconic bloodline, and instead take the abilities from abyssal.
In this case I would not allow you to benefit from the bonus for higher level if you didn't choose the appropriate draconic bloodline ability.
To use your example, if you don't choose to get the wings and instead took an abyssal bloodline ability I would say your speed never increases.
And yes, I would rule Blood of Dragons bonus only applies to spells granted by the draconic bloodline.

A dragon disciple adds his level to his sorcerer levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline. ...
yeah, sorcerer level with a crossblooded bloodline. DD just adds his levels to my sorcerer levels meaning A S5DD4 is the same as a S9 for the bloodline.
So unless you can point out where it says that it only progresses the draconic bloodline and isn't what the text says of progressing the sorcerers bloodline I'm going to stick with what the PRD says and have it progress the bloodline that the sorcerer had beforehand which is the crossblooded bloodline.

Tha FAQ doesn't say you can use DD to advance either bloodline, and an ability called Blood of Dragons shouldn't either. It even goes on to say if you later become a sorcerer you must pick the Draconic Bloodline. This is enough for me to say DD wouldn't allow you to pick the other bloodline's powers.

A crossblooded sorceror doesn't have 2 separate bloodlines. She can't open a vein on the left arm and leak Rakshasa and then open a vein on the right to pour Dragon.
Her singular bloodline is the culmination of 2 ancestral bloodlines that contributed to make it.
Dragon Disciple advances the sorcerer's single bloodline, and the faq clarifies that that includes sorcerer's whose bloodline is crossblooded.
Being a Dragon Disciple doesn't make her mom less her parent, or her heritage less mixed.

I agree that a crossblooded sorcerer has a single bloodline that is a mish mash of two ancestral bloodlines. That said, I think you either have to decide that crossblooded doesn't qualify for the DD PrC in which case the rest of the issues don't matter. Or you decide that you do indeed qualify for DD, and as such DD advances your mixed up bloodline accordingly. It is really only the mechanics of how we deal with the crossblooded sorcerer that makes one think of it as two separate bloodlines. I would suspect that DD predates the crossblood archetype.
Of course that still leaves me with the question to how to handle the bonuses for being high enough level for the wings and breath weapon, in those cases where you didn't actually take that power from your crossblooded choices.
