I'm also really enjoying WoTR (about to start book 5). I think it'd be neat if they did some more stuff with the mythic rules, but I'm guessing it's not going to be too often due to the reasons mentioned above.
And no, not because of the mythic rules or Iomedae.
...wait, what's wrong with Iomedae, out of curiosity?

The instructions to GMs on how to play her, as written in the AP chapter, focus quite a lot on her responses to the PCs putting a foot wrong in their discussion with her. This plus the fact that her responses are rather punitive creates the impression that she's not particularly Good or Just.
If the players have bought into the conceit of the AP and are playing ingenuous heroes, and if the GM exercises the tiniest bit of judgment about how badly (and how intentionally) PCs have to misstep before upsetting Iomedae, none of the above should ever come up in play. That has indeed been your experience, it seems. But it did come up in print.

If it helps, the currently-being-published Legendary Planet Adventure Path (from Legendary Games) is a Mythic AP. They've released about half of it, I think, and the rest is coming along.
(It's a very good campaign, too.)
Yes. Legendary does a LOT of support for Mythic, with over 50 supplements for Mythic rules (46 monster supplements) and the above-mentioned AP.

The final chapters of the Legendary Planet AP are still being written, so PCs *might* get to mythic tier 6 shortly before the end.

Mythic is similar to Epic rules and can be overwhelming for some DM's to gauge the power level.
Mythic itself isn't broken, players can just break the mythic. In my group each path has set abilities (player's can't choose the abilities) however they instead can use the mythic feat to take an ability that they didn't have. This thus far has been very successful (we have done 6 mythic adventures thus far) and it makes it easy for me to apply mythic to my conversions.
They can be found on my campaign setting obsidian portal page found here.

Can you really say mythic isn't broken?
Mythic isn't broken.
Some specific abilities, feats, and spells are. Most of it isn't. Most of it is just more Pathfinder. Frankly, occasional dips into mythic can be fun. I don't want every campaign or every character to get mythic tiers, but when it occasionally shows up at the table, it can be fun.
Another AP at some point would be welcome to me.

In my experience, the success of a mythic campaign largely depends on how the GM handles it. If they just run standard encounters against mythic PC's, every enemy gets curbstomped. If they adjust encounters appropriately for the power level of the party - the practical power level, not just the on paper stats - then it goes a lot smoother. This may be more work than some GM's want to do, and there's nothing wrong with that. I just don't think the problem is inherently in the mythic abilities.
