There is the Esoteric archetype for the magus, though it is considered one of the weaker archetypes. And sadly, there's no other way to enable your spellstrike through unarmed, unless you go Cestus/Spiked Gauntlet route.
That said, using a Cestus/Spiked Gauntlet/Punching Dagger with Eldritch Scion archetype, then at 6th lvl going Dragon Disciple, may be an interested choice.
Eldritch Scion(Magus)/Scaled Fist (Monk) may be another interesting way to go; though you wouldn't be able to spellstrike during a flurry- as they're both "full attack actions"

I'm not a magus expert, but if you want to make the coolest punch EVER...
It's basically a tube with a big blade on the end you shove on your arm. It's a martial weapon, it can't be disarmed, and you can use it two-handed for some weird reason that makes no sense but still works RAW, meaning 1.5 STR to damage. Should suit you fine.
EDIT: Bonus points if your GM lets you make it look like Kargath's Bladefist.

I'm going to have to do this now.
Spellstrike doesn't say it works with unarmed because a touch spell that you have the charge for can already be delivered by natural/unarmed weapon.

Yup. The only real advantages the esoteric gets is that they can use their arcane pool to enchant their unarmed strikes and they get monk damage with unarmed strikes. If you're willing to use a gauntlet, cestus or scizore then I'd recommend a normal or black blade magus. If you really want unarmed a hexcrafter with the hex strike feat (& a one-level dip in master of many styles monk, or unchained monk so you can treat your unarmed strikes as manufactured weapons for the purposes of enhancing them) might still be better unarmed.

OK. The black blade seems more like an extension of you, so a bladebound magus with a scizore sounds good. It's not finessable which means you're a strength magus; make sure you take a defensive spell or two like shield or mirror image.
You might want Improved Unarmed Strike anyway so you can punch without the weapon. If you do then a style feat like Dragon Style or Panther Style might appeal.
How much detail do you want in a suggested character build?

Most magus archetypes are workable, really. The Greensting Slayer is the only one I'd call unworkable.
A possible feat (& similar) plan assuming a bladebound magus then:
1: Improved Unarmed Strike
3: Dragon Style
5: Rime Spell or Intensified Spell (depending if you're going frostbite or shocking grasp)
Magus 5: Weapon Focus (scizore)
Magus Arcana 6: Flamboyant Arcana (because you need some defence)
7: Extra Arcane Pool (because Flamboyant burns thru your arcane pool)
9: Lunge
Magus Arcana 9: Accurate Strike
11: Spell Penetration
Magus 11: Empower Spell

Kinda wanna make a punch magus, but everytime i try to make a punch anything i end up screwing it up because i don't know what i'm doing.
Start by wearing gauntlets. Now you can use every Magus archetype to enchant your punches and make them (e.g.) flaming. That's good because the esoteric is rather weak.
Now take the Hexcrafter archetype, and the feat Hex Strike. Once per turn when you land a punch, you can tack on the hex of your choice.
