I was wondering if there are any abilities (class abilities, feats, spells, 3rd party content, etc. that allow me to throw a weapon then teleport to its location. I want to build a monk that fights with a long weapon like a staff, spear, naginata, javelin, and can throw it at a target, teleport to that location, then attack, or at least throw a weapon and teleport to its location. The character is a mix of the blind monk Chirrut Îmwe from Rogue One and the Monkey King from Journey to the West.
I am open to content from 3rd party publishers.

Well... for what it's worth, Spheres of Power lets you do a short-range teleport as an immediate action by expending energy from your class resource pool. Incanters (one of the classes) have a bit more help with that if you specialize in warping. That may not be as good at the monk's fighting as you'd like, though... what BAB are you looking for?

These magic items let people teleport between each other.
There are just tactical teleports such as gained through Shadowdancer, Horizon Walker, the Travel Domain, Monk, and Arcanist.
The Returning Enchantment and the Blinkback Belt with bring the weapon back to you, but not you to the weapon.
It seems what you really want is just a harpoon.

You can make an unchained monk and grab the Dimensional Agility, Assault, and Dervish lines and at 8th level take the Abundant Step ki power. Add a Ring of Ki Mastery and you can spend a Ki point as a swift action with Dimensional Dervish to make a full attack and teleport before between and after attacking.
You wont need to throw the weapon but you can combine a thrown monk weapon with the flurry, like shuriken.

Honorable mention: Kineticist with Ride The Blast.
If you're an Aether Kineticist you could literally throw a staff and then ride along with it like Tao Pai Pai or something.
