All primary roles are already fullfilled in the campaign i'm playing, so i'm willing to play a fun.
Here some ideas i had without concern on 'how to actualize":
-something who can reduce size of monsters and collect em in bottles or so
-something able to use a giant robot (???) Using it as a mount aswell maybe, some kind of crazy scientist
-something able to create/dominate minions to build a personal castle (or spells to do it?)
-something who can sleep in an extradimensional space and alleviate his adventurer life with conforts usually negated
Well i dont know if did i explain correctly what am i looking for, but, in any case all advices are really appreciated ^-^
Your list is actually pushing you towards the higher power end of the spectrum, not towards a fun but more lightweight character. Probably a wizard, you've all but named rope trick and prestidigitation in the last point, the 3rd point is asking about dominate spells and fabricate, possibly lots of animate dead or planar binding (which is at the higher end of the potential wizard power range.)
If you want to collect dead monsters the shrink item spell will help. I'm not sure how you could collect living ones without level 8+ spells.
1. The Preservationist archetype for the alchemist comes to mind.
2. Scientist fits with alchemist. Though you could have a summoner with a robotic looking eidolon.
3. In addition to leadership you've got the mesmer and any enchantment specialist caster.
4. Well Mages Magnificent Mansion is the obvious suggestion and there's Create Demi-plane though both of these don't come into play untill higher levels.
Class wise I think a full caster such as the sorcerer, wizard, psychic or arcanist would be your best bet. You could request that your summoning spells are re-skinned in a similar fashion to the Preservationist.

1)Preservationist sadly focus only on animals, i was looking for a more monsters focused one
2)Alchemist for the flavour, Summoner for optimal choice?
About the Machinesmith (wow!) i need some help to figure out if it can work (need advices here, i'm bad at optimizing and i tend too much to play useless (with useless i mean 95% useless char to favorize the flavour) and, for sure, i need to ask my GM if i can use it (we dont use 3pp usually).
For now the MECHANUS thing seems pretty similar to my concept
3)Leadership is disabled in this campaign, that's the only limit we've.
But the undead minions seems a cool idea; well my only problems are the " Paladin" and the "Sarenrae Cleric".
Which excuses can i find to convince em to carry a minionecromancer along with them?
4)This one seems related to Wizards, ok got it!
The 4 points doesnt need to be all in one character, i'm building different ideas to choose what to play.
This time i want to play a useful char without sacrifying flavour.
5)A question about Craft Construct: with that feat what exactly can i do? Can i use it as a mount? Is that worth?
For Background reasons my race should be Gnome, Halfling or Tiefling.

What level range, gold and other resources would be available to you?
If you've the gp there are some items which help to maintain a good level of comfort when travelling such as comfort's cloak, the expedition pavilion and field scrivener's desk.
How amicable is you GM towards you're own homebrew spells etc? e.g. Take a spell like Unseen Crew but modify it to work to be a building crew instead of sailing crew.

Planar Preservationist and Construct Rider, imma give a look to both!
My level range is 12-13, for the Gp available i dont know the exact one but i will consider gp X level as the corebook says.
My GM has an open mind, we managed already to use some homebrew rules in the past, so that spell you suggest is pretty yummy to me :D!
Sounds like a Wizard or Arcanist to me
1) Baleful Polymorph. Ask the dm what the smallest critter you can turn things into
2) Craft construct
3) Leadership, planar binding, craft construct, fabricate, wall of stone, Summon Laborers, dominate person
4) Create demiplane + Plane shift
1)I need to check out an animals list to find out which is the smaller i can use for the spell.. the spell doesnt specify a limit, says small or smaller, so seems a fine way to do what i wished, but for caging them? I need a system to keep them alive and first of all, what about when the spell ends?
2)How does Craft Construct help me with creating a "robot" i can use as a mount?
3)Nice ones. How much could cost me building a castle?
4)This one seems solved.. i need spells to do that
