Are there any ways of getting the Bardic Knowledge type skill without being a bard?

The Rebirth Discipline for Psychic gives you bardic knowledge under a different name.

Breadth of Experience is probably your best option. Another possibility is the Investigator class. One level of Investigator makes all Knowledge skills class skills and gets you Inspiration, which lets you add 1d6 to any skill check. You have a limited number of points of Inspiration, but you don't spend points for trained Knowledge, Linguistics or Spellcraft checks. Three levels of Investigator lets you use any Knowledge skill untrained.

Deific Obedience for Irori gives you a +4 bonus to all knowledges if you're into worshiping the Master of Masters.

Cloistered Cleric archetype for Cleric.
Questioner and Cryptid Scholar archetypes for Investigator.
Archmage Spirit for Medium.
Lore Mystery for Oracle
Lore Spirit for Shaman (Note: Spirit Guide Oracles can cherry pick from this one.)

If you can't wait a hundred years.
