I want a bulky character like barbarian but I also want an animal companion, i'm going for an chaotic neutral or lawful/neutral evil. a good example of what i'm looking for is Victor kruger from the highlander series.
im kinda new to pathfinder but i understand the minimal amount to play.
The four Beginner Box classes do not have animal companions.
Using only the Core Rule book, take a look at the Druid (pages 51-54).
Are you playing Beginner Box? Are you playing Core Only?
You sort of described the cavalier class, but I don't know what limitations you have.
My DM is pretty loose with how we play. Im talking about all core classes, hybrid classes, and archetypes. Im also probably going to be a half elf for aesthetic.
I've already rolled aswell, and these are my stats.
STR - 17
DEX - 15
CON - 15
INT - 14
WIS - 17
CHA - 16
Cavalier is a lot like what i want, but I'm more of a chaotic evil/neutral, and it kinda seems like a cavalier would hold back my ability to act upon any evil desire.
however i could be in the order of the cockatrice, which is solely based on what i want to do.
the downside however is that no matter what i would have to further myself, in all my actions.because in certain cases i might just want to kill someone who would help me reach my goal for fun.
possibly i could be a slayer, but that takes away the animal companion.
I could become a gladiator, at least the tripod machine version. it has alot of what im looking for except the animal companion

theres a barbarian archetype that gives an animal companion i think
The so called Mad Dog!
Or spend 2 feats to get an Animal Ally for any class without an AC!
Check out Ed O' War's conversions. He has made a Beginner's Box version for every class in the full game.
From what you said, I would suggest hunter or ranger.
