Dip for AC?

Advice

Is there a class I can take a 1 or 2 level dip into and raise the AC of my fullplate paladin?

Stalward Defender, if you qualify.

Or one or two levels of Fighter for the bonus feats, to spend on Shield Focus or Dodge.

Or if you don't use a shield, a level of Bloodrager so you can use wands of shield in the first round of combat.

Sovereign Court

It wouldn't raise your AC, but a 1 level dip in Swashbuckler would raise your defenses against melee attacks considerably due to Opportune Parry and Riposte & Dodging Panache, and as a paladin you should have a solid Charisma for multiple panache points.

Liberty's Edge

Unarmed fighter for crane stance.

Scarab Sages

Depending on your dex, a level of oracle for cha to AC may improve your AC, if you have room between your current AC modifier from dex and the max dex bonus on armor.

If you can Dip:

Oracle of Nature/Lore with Legalistic Curse, exception is that Lore Oracle lets you add CHA to Reflex Save, making it double, unless something doesn't allow that.

You may add your Charisma modifier, instead of your Dexterity modifier, to your Armor Class and CMD. Any condition that would cause you to lose your Dexterity modifier to your Armor Class instead causes you to lose your Charisma modifier to your Armor Class.

*Sidestep Secret (Su): Your innate understanding of the universe has granted you preternatural reflexes and the uncanny ability to step out of danger at the very last second. Add your Charisma modifier (instead of your Dexterity modifier) to your Armor Class and all Reflex saving throws. Your armor’s maximum Dexterity bonus applies to your Charisma instead of your Dexterity (see FAQ.)

Since CHA converts to Save, it works really well.

Two levels of the Evangelist prestige class would give you a +1 dodge bonus to AC. You would lose one point of BAB and one level of paladin class abilities (since the Aligned class ability would give you one level of that back).

Scarab Sages

Two levels of kineticist would allow you to use the defense wild talent. Wood gives a natural armor bonus, or water gives a shield bonus.

earth gives DR, which is probably even better as a layered defense

If you don't carry a shield, a 1 level dip into bloodrager plus purchase of wand of shield.

if your dm lets you retrain traits you can go 1 level of fighter and take defender of society +1 ac when in medium or heavy armor (fighter only trait)and with the bonus feat you could take either shield focus or armor focus

Or you could just take the Additional Traits feat and simply pick up the trait without being a fighter. I am fairly sure that a later printing of all of those "of the Society" traits in the player's guide to an adventure path removed the class limitations from these traits.
