Your appearance shouldn't really change right away, so that's no immediate concern. But the fact that you'll be damaged by healing effects may be an issue. You could try talking to the healers of your party, and make up some story about how you don't want to be healed by them any more. Maybe you feel to beholden to their Deity already?
Another option would be claiming you've awoken some sort of ancient curse, and their divine spells now hurt like the Hells or something. You'd need a decent Bluff roll to pull it all off, but it might work.
Also, avoid Undead like the plague. Otherwise you may well get "caught in the blast" of any anti-Undead spells or abilities.

If the character is trying to avoid revealing they are a lich to the party, I am not sure openly casting [evil] spells is the best way to slip under the radar.
It is a ghoul racial spell, but I think if a ghoul teaches it to you it's OK.
I really like Preferred Spell. Flexible Wizardry also works quite well. There is an Improved Version of that.
Gentle Repose should stop you from rotting. There are a ton of 3E and 3.5 books on liches many of which discuss hiding your lichness. For Healing I recommend a ring of invisibility so your allies can't see what your doing to heal

Spell Pen + Greater- required post lv11
Spell Perfection- build towards this. It is totally worth it
Additional Traits- always good
Craft Rod- basically all the metamagic feats you can afford
Craft Wondrous Item- mostly so you can add additional effects to your items
Craft Magical Tattoos- basically gives your party another set of body slots
If you must heal on the sly, use Celestial Healing or Greater. It's less effective, but the party will applaud your dedication to non-[evil] spells when you use the weaker [good] equivalent.
Disguise Self and Hat of Disguise can help, or just use that +int to invest in the Disguise skill if their perception isn't too hot. Maybe stack that magic disguise and mundane so that if they see past your illusion, they'll just think you're a little vain.
Other healing option is: use your touch attack on yourself; it explicitly heals you. Just don't do it near the party.

Hello. i am hunter or lawler. i have a wizard that will be turning into a lich and i already know what you will say. its a bad idea. i know. im here to have fun, so i would liek some tips. like how tohide that you are a lich from the group. or the suggested curses i can do behind their backs. and what to do incase somebody suspects im no longer a wizard but the ladder. ladder being the lich. and ways to heal.
Just tell them you are a lich? Undead have to be Evil(allignment), as far as I remember, but that doesn't mean they have to be evil(as in, kick puppies and kill humans for fun). Allignment doesn't force your actions. Since OOC the rest of the players will probably know you are a lich anyways, just discuss your reveal. It could make for some interesting roleplay as a bonus.
Lich is just a wizard who doesn't die. You can use that immortality to build flying fortresses and conquer continents, or to educate the populace and spread science and technology. #NotAllUndead
