Crowbar?
Crowbar: A crowbar grants a +2 circumstance bonus on Strength checks made to force open a door or chest. If used in combat, treat a crowbar as a one-handed improvised weapon that deals bludgeoning damage equal to that of a club of its size.
It doesn't work for every sort of strength check, but it would help open a door or chest.

my dex rogue took the Vandal trait and carried a Kunai together she could break stuff as if her 13 str was a 21. it was fun when i had her tell the fighter: " move aside i'll break it"

So does such a thing exist that does not actually increase strength but just increases the checks?
Thanks in advance
It is not an item and it is 3.5 material bu the old Dungeoneer's Handbook had the Dungeon Crasher fighter replacement levels which give you a nice ability to Bull Rush enemies into solid objects for damage and also gave you bonuses against traps and large boosts to Strenght when breaking down doors/gates/items or obstacles.

How does your rogue's str go up that much?
13+2 from kunai +2 vandal is only 17; a far cry from 21.
To OP:
May not be quite what you're looking for, but the feat Gate Breaker ups your damage when sundering.

Being large gives a +4 bonus to break down doors. So, Juggernaut's Pauldrons would be worthwhile. Not to mention the increased damage of being large whenever you need to be.
Also, it's not an item , but the feat Shrapnel Strike was a big find for me when I made a similar build.
If you need/want any additional inspiration, here is the thread I started to get ideas for busting down stuff:
