Dears Staff,
My name is Clemente and i apologize if my english will be such terrible.
I've looked around the forum to find an answer to my question but, unfurtunally, without success.
Then i'm here to ask for your help.
In the Core Rulebook there is this description:
"In a normal round, you can perform a standard action and a move action, or you can perform a full-round action. You can also perform one swift action and one or more free actions. You can always take a move action in place of a standard action."
Then in the description of the swift action you report this:
"Swift Actions
A swift action consumes a very small amount of time, but represents a larger expenditure of effort than a free action. You can perform one swift action per turn without affecting your ability to perform other actions. In that regard, a swift action is like a free action. You can, however, perform only one single swift action per turn, regardless of what other actions you take. You can take a swift action anytime you would normally be allowed to take a free action. Swift actions usually involve spellcasting, activating a feat, or the activation of magic items."
My Question is this one:
Can i convert a standard or a move action in a swift action? Can i use a second swift action in my round instead of a move or a standard action?
Thanx to you for your time and eventually for the response.
Greating,
Clemente Rovere.

I vaguely recall this being asked before, and the answer being no by RAW, but I could be remembering wrong. (hereth endeth the unhelpful response)
Edit: lazily googling this comes up with this

There are no rules for converting other action types into Swift actions.
It is possible to do it once per day (Move>Swift) with the Corset of Delicate Moves.

Dear SillyString,
Eventually can you direct me on the correct direction where i can find a definitelly answer?
Thanx for your time.
Greatings,
Clemente.
Um... sure, i updated my last post a few seconds before you posted, linking to one of the many discussions on the matter. Logic says you would, but the rules are the rules, and they seem to indicate no, of course im being lazy and havnt read any of these discussions through.

I'm glad for the quick answer,
My doubt come from this:
The rules say: "You can perform one swift action per turn without affecting your ability to perform other actions"
but what if i wanna affect my ability to perform other action?
This passage is a little bit open and, in order to logic i let my party convert the actions.
I'm here for an official respons and i hope to find it.
Thanx for your time,
Greatings,
Clemente.

Dears,
After a long reading i understood the problem,
But there are some doubt left in my mind:
As i said, the rules say: "You can perform one swift action per turn without affecting your ability to perform other actions"
but what if i wanna affect my ability to perform other action?
and again:
the rules specify: "Cast a Quickened Spell
You can cast a quickened spell (see the Quicken Spell feat), or any spell whose casting time is designated as a free or swift action, as a swift action. Only one such spell can be cast in any round, and such spells don't count toward your normal limit of one spell per round. Casting a spell as a swift action doesn't incur an attack of opportunity."
Why need this specify if you can perform only a swift for round?
Then, if the answer is "no", can be a grat idea fix that passage that turn on my question, or better write that you can't perform more than one swift anyway (otherwise differently specified).
Really gratefull for your attention.
Gratings,
Clemente.

You seem to have glossed over my post. If you could indeed freely use other actions as swift actions, the following item would have no effect.
There are no rules for converting other action types into Swift actions.
It is possible to do it once per day (Move>Swift) with the Corset of Delicate Moves.
In addition to absence of any rules that ALLOW what you'd like to do (converting actions into Swift actions), this should help inform you that it is the intent of the rules not to allow it. It wasn't merely a forgotten rule by any means.

You can't cast a second quickened spell in the same round, but good news you can use your standard action to cast a spell (non quickened) in the same round as a quickened spell. No action conversion needed there.
The "without affecting your ability to perform other actions" part isn't to offer you the choice to affect your other actions, it's to point out that other actions are not affected.

...so to sum it up, you can do the following:
1) Take a move action, swift action, and a standard action
2) Take two move actions and a swift action (The standard was downgraded to move)
3) Take a swift action, a full action, and a 5 foot step.
Barring any spells or items, nothing can be downgraded to a swift action.
By the way your English is fine! No worries.

You can also do a 5 foot step in numbers 1 and 2 as well. You can't use a move action to move in the same round you take a 5 foot step, but you can still use a move action to do something else in that same round.

Regarding the CRB, it's been errata-ed and FAQed a bunch. I suggest making sure that your version is current and you are current on the FAQs, as that's solved quite a few issues for me. Might already be, but seems like a good starting point for a Definite answer.
FAQ is here and the Errata is here.
If you've already done this, please disregard.

Yes, this is important. At one point I had downloaded the current version to my computer, but somehow still had an old version on my iPad. Later I just happened to get into a discussion about one of the topics that had been errata'd. That was confusing.

ok here's a really important question <not from the top question new subject all together> .... i'm playing a druid a lvl 4 so far... I know its early yet to worry about this but I'm curious when I'm able to cast huge elementals aka caster lvl 6... would I be able to cast out a elemental huge dragon <note we are playing a quest that we already came across a ice dragon> if I take some of the ice shards from it as a casting element? i.e.. piece of the creature you are casting or familiar with... <maybe the piece would work for me if I could cast myself into a dragon with elemental body 12???> unless it was an elemental dragon?? IE made of ice, earth, or the such??? sorry if this will bother anyone buts kinda a need to know
