The Circlet of Persuasion says it gives a +3 bonus to Charisma-based skill checks. A Cracked Scarlet and Blue Sphere Ioun Stone (geez those things are a mouthful) gives a +1 bonus to one INT-based skill. If I have the trait Bruising Intellect, which allows me to use my INT as my modifier for Intimidate checks, and I have both of the above items equipped, how much of a bonus am I getting, +1 or +3? Or +4 somehow? (except they both give Competence bonuses so that doesn't work, but let's pretend one gives an Insight bonus for now. :P)

+1, because Bruising Intellect turns Intimidate into an Intelligence-based skill when you use the trait.
Benefits: Intimidate is always a class skill for you, and you may use your Intelligence modifier when making Intimidate checks instead of your Charisma modifier.
It says you can use yor INT instead of CHA, so, you could always op to use it with the Circlet.
You decide this at the time of rolling, until you roll, it will always be a CHA skill.

Huh, really? That does make more sense, but I sorta figured it went the other way. Very interesting. :?
This is very relevant to the Witch I'm working on, because she's taking a lot of traits to make CHA skills into INT checks - definitely UMD and Intimidate, possibly others as well, still deciding.
Dunno why I'm rambling about this, I think we're pretty much done here. Thanks for the help! :)
