Because of a recent code update the site has been having problems with logging people out for no apparent reason, and that may be affecting Wayfinder.

Definitely don't consider it a necro, EwokBanshee. There may not be much discussion here, but it's still something that's on my List, and with that's it's good to know that people still want it. :)

Yep!

With that said, it's probably the most complex item in the poll, so even at the top it may get outranked by some "lower-hanging fruit". The browser extension poll list is just a small subset of the personal projects I'm trying to juggle, too, which means the little time that I do have to devote to personal projects doesn't always get allocated to those.

I imagine an Apache Cordova (aka PhoneGap) app would be pretty easy to throw together; at least an alpha. I've looked into it myself but I'm just not much of a JS programmer.

Safari user here. I'm currently running one browser window in Safari for the bulk of my browsing, the other is Chrome just for the Paizo forum. There's too much usefulness of Safari built in to the Apple ecosystem for me to completely abandon it, so I'd love to get this for Safari.

I'd also REALLY like Wayfinder for iOS but I know that's a pipe dream.

My wayfinder perma borked out after the last update, i'd kill to have something that made posting on mobile viable again.

This project is still on my radar, but I don't have an updated ETA yet... it hasn't gotten quite that high on the list. :)

Just saw this thread for the first time today, I have got to say you've got me wishing and hoping to see a functional dedicated PBP app.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 (yea, I know I should upgrade) that runs Android. If an app has all the things I need, I'd pay $25 (US Dollars) for it.

What I need is, at a minimum:
1) an easy way to enter the format tabs (quote, ooc, bigger, bold, url, etc.) without having to type it all out.
2) a macro ability. On my laptop I use ShortKeys to roll group initiative, perception, etc. as DM, and all sorts of things as a player.
3) a note keeping ability to use for campaigns.
