Hmm, Taldor as home land seems like a good choice - a dying empire with people denying the decline, like the Centauri. A noble background should fit well, as well as alignment lawful neutral.
I have a hard time to put him into any class bin, he is definitely not the direct combat guy but also doesn't have any supernatural powers. From the PF classes, Investigator might fit best.
The Ultimate Intrigue book will probably add some content usable for him...

What I remember about Mollari:
- A patriot dedicated to the old Centauri Republic.
- A ruthless schemer and manipulator.
- A man willing to commit evil to better his people, yet regretful when he realized the consequences to them and to him.
- Something of a sad clown, but with hidden darkness.
- An older man.
- A man with a taste for daring -- a taste that had been long in slumber.
- Possessed of some small skill with weapons (recall that he had formerly duelled)
Assuming he's an NPC, here's what I'd consider:
I would start him as something like aristocrat 5/Noble Scion 4 or 5, and advance him as the story progresses. Somewhere around the midpoint, I'd give him the Devilbound template, representing his deal with Asmodeus's minions. Late in the plotline, he'd start working against the devils, but he'd still have the devilbound template (although there would be an outsider dispatched to watch him constantly).
If I played him as a PC, I would ask the GM if I could start with a couple levels of aristocrat rather than with a PC class, in exchange for the lowered scores of an older age category. Over time, I would pick up levels in Rogue (representing my increased facility with intrigue), along with the sorcery bloodline (Infernal) feats, representing my deepening connection to darkness.
If I were to make a "magical" version of Londo, I'd consider an Arcanist, Investigator, or Alchemist -- someone who is very much about exploring the outer limits of magic, simultaneously attracted to and repulsed from what he finds.

I'd make him a Negoatior Bard.
He's a master of diplomacy, lies, and intimidation, he has some underhanded talents, can do well in a duel, and with a flair for the dramatic.
It's a great fit.

"I want it all back!"
"Ahh Mr. Morden I see you are well. All better?" " Speaking of your Associates.....don't move"
I loved that scene in the Centauri throne room.
Thank you. I just think Londo Molari or perhaps a younger version of him would be a good inspiration for a character for a character in the Hells Rebels campaign where you are for the most part in one set location and you have time to build "roots" in the community where your "contacts" are more then a random NPC here and there.
Maybe Londo Molari would be more appropriate for Council of Thieves.....
Anyways I always enjoyed this character and how his story unfolded in the B5 story arch.
Thank you again

The thing about him is that he never amounted to anything, though he was familiar enough with the game. Then he was dumped on B5 as a joke... Only to realize the future of the galaxy hinged on him. His defining trait is being out of his depth, but mainly because he always had it easy. When he actually needs to fight, he finds he can.

Thank you all for your thoughts :D
Pennywit those are soem good ideas!
I just hear "Mr. Garabaldi! A moment of your time?"
again thank you for your good ideas
Not a problem. I really think that a Londo-style character might work better as an NPC. I think it would be interesting to insert him as a comic-relief NPC who nevertheless can do a few "favors" for the players. Over time, though, he goes evil, but never so evil that the players feel like they can/should kill him.

I would be thinking in terms of a PC for a Hells Rebels game perhaps a Crimson Throne game, or maybe a council of thieves game.
I guess I'm not overly worried about magic or no magic....I just enjoy the personality of the character and i think it would make a good inspiration for the personality Pathfinder character.
again thank you

I'd definitely stick to something with a 'roguish' feel to it. Class can vary, obviously, but Londo isn't an upstanding guy. Even when he does noble things he resorts to very underhanded methods.
