Are items supposed to disappear from the October shipment during the order authorization process? If so, I take it I caught my order 2/3 of the way through the process. If not, please let me know and I will provide details tomorrow morning.

I'm testing UPS delivery to Germany. Got my auth today, everything in one shipment for a change.

Okay, here is what I have on my subscriptions page:

For October, it says that 1 item is going to ship -- Occult Origins. Black Markets and Dance of the Damned disappeared from the order some time yesterday.

Under "My Subscriptions", for the Pathfinder Adventure Path, Dance of the Damned is listed as the next item to ship. For Player Companions, Occult Origins is in the sidecart. There is no mention of Black Markets.

I am not trying to change my order in any way -- I just want to be sure that I get all of the items in my subscriptions.

Okay, I guess I was unnecessarily worried -- the October subscription entry has now disappeared, and all three of the items originally in that entry now all show "Pending" at the bottom of the page.

Hi David,

Sorry for any confusion with that. When the order spawning process is stopped/restarted (or crashes), the My Subscriptions page can have some display errors until the system finishes getting through all of the accounts. It's only a cause for concern if you are not seeing an order/information after we state that the auth/order spawning has finished.

And, our horse crossed the finish line! The authorization is complete. If you have not received an authorization confirmation email for your October subscriptions please let us know by email, message board post, or calling us during our normal business hours (10am-5pm pacific time Monday-Friday).

Shipping is on track with no significant deviations from normal expected behavior. We have a couple things that we are looking into but nothing major and nothing that will cause delays as we ship out orders. If you do notice any issues with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. At this time we fully expect to finish shipping out subscription orders by October 21st.

There's nothing that needs addressing, but if someone's bored there's definitely something odd with my shipment.

The final order seems to show Shipping and Handling charge of $77-35. I'm entitled to the first ten discount of $10-00 which doesn't seem to be itemised but does seem to have been applied. Then there's another "discount" of minus $2-62.

So my final shipping cost seems to be:

($77-35 less $10-00 plus $2-62) = $67-35

I can't quite confirm what the actual charge was via my bank statement, since it all gets converted to AUD behind-the-scenes.

The out-of-the-ordinary thing I can think of this month which might be messing with things was that I tried to buy a copy of Ultimate Combat but Katina has insisted on giving it to me. :p

EDIT: Oh, I guess it might be a UPS issue too - this is my first trial of that new shipping method..

The Subscriptions page does not mention Occult Origins -- I would be a bit worried about that were it not for the fact that I have the PDF and my shipment e-mail does mention it.

Just FYI: i got my shipping noticed yesterday about 1pm Central time. I've been swamped at wok the last few days preparing and giving briefings, so i hadn't been able to participate in the "ask me; I have PDFs" posts in the product threads.

I got my shipping e-mail a little after 7 p.m. on Wednesday. When I click on the package tracking link, I see the following:

"Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time. Tracking may take 24-48 hours after your mail piece has shipped. Please check back at a later time for additional information.

If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper."

I do not recall ever seeing this message before. I know the 3 days haven't passed yet, but I wanted to be sure that the package isn't already lost.

Its always been there. Give it about 3 days after the point where we say we've wrapped up shipping subscriptions and not 3 days after you get that email.

Keep in mind though, even if your package isn't being tracked, it is very likely still on its way to you. Packages or envelopes are still moving through the system even when they are not being scanned for tracking. Tracking/delivery confirmation for our Standard Postal option (Mail Innovations) is decent but not nearly as thorough as regular UPS. Packages see a higher rate of missing scan points and additionally some packages miss getting scanned at the point when Mail Innovations transfers them into the USPS system. Generally, its very effective and seems to work pretty well, but it just isn't quite as robust as UPS tracking generally is.

I just took a look at the order and I see why it is confusing. The $2.62 discount is what the shipping would have increased by if Katina had not given Ultimate Combat free shipping. So it is telling you that your shipping had a discount, but since it was told not to increase the shipping the total shipping before applied discounts was not changed. What I see on my end is $79.97 - $2.62 - $10.00 = $67.35. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if it doesn't and I will try to clarify.

I just don't see the $79-97 number, so it looked odd.

If you have not seen your order ship for October New Releases, let customer service know by calling, emailing or posting in a new messageboard thread.

We did have an issue with a few UPS International Canada orders. Those orders should be shipping out tonight and Monday.
