- Any kind of HTML markup display issue (like an unclosed link, italics tag, or similar)

This update included an amount of bug fixes from the previous thread, including missing errata and the inclusion of the Advanced Race Guide second printing errata. In addition, we added the start of a new global Bestiary index. Stay tuned for more improvements to that particular feature.

Speaking of unclosed tags, on the Universal Monster Rules page, everything from Fortification to the end of the page is bolded.
Here's an utterly insignificant one that kinda makes my eyes cross:

The 1st and 2nd printings of the GMG have this as a sidebar on pg 237:

The 3rd printing has:

The PRD had the 3rd printing version before the latest update. Now it has the text from the previous printings.
For extra fun, this change doesn't appear in the GMG errata documents at all. And looking at them now, it seems like a lot of stuff from the 1st to 2nd print errata was left out of the 1st to 3rd print errata.
So, um. I dunno.

Anyone know what the source for the expanded "XP and GP values by CR" table is?
The new PRD release added CR 26-30, but also changed some values in CR 21-25. I can't figure out where either of these changes came from.
The new global bestiary index shows G Monsters header followed by G monsters list. Next header is G Monsters again followed by links to monsters whose names start with H, followed by I Monsters.

The feat in the Natural Weapon Combat Style (prd/advanced/coreClasses/ranger.html) is misnamed. It should be Improved Natural Attack, not Improved Natural Weapon.
The Cleric/Oracle spell list index (prd/indices/spelllists.html) has greater shield of fortification in the wrong spell level (listed 3, should be 4) and is mislabeled.
There is a feat listed in the Natural Weapon Combat Style (prd/advanced/coreClasses/ranger.html) that doesn't exist. It says Eldritch Fang but should be Eldritch Claws and be linked to the feats list.
There is a typo in the Eldritch Claws feat description (prd/advanced/advancedFeats.html#eldritch-claws). It should read "your" not "you".
The spell list index for summoners (prd/indices/spelllists.html) has summon monster I (evil creatures only) noted in the list for level 1. The "evil creatures only" does not match the class description, and notation is not on the other summon monster spells at later spell levels.
Everything is bolded on the Universal Monster Rules page after Formian Traits.
On the spell list index for clerics (prd/indices/spelllists.html), communal align weapon is on the 2nd level list and should be on the 3rd.
Suggestion: Add in links to each caster list for the "Spell Lists" section of the Advanced Class Guide. This is the only book without that feature.
On the feet slot wondrous item list under Ultimate Equipment (prd/ultimateEquipment/wondrousItems/feet.html), the table lists "shoes of the lightning leaper" but the text has "shoes of lightning leaping".

Several minor formatting issues with the Conflicts table, mostly due to missing spaces, but entry 20 has:
"20 Mass Murder: You killed several 12 sentient beings. 12"
should be:
"20 Mass Murder: You killed several sentient beings. 12"
I guess the extra 12 got in there from the CP column as that is right where the line breaks in the book.

In the Normal section of the Monkey Style feat there is an error, bolded below.
"Standing up is a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity."
Standing up is a move action, not a standard action.

Page 70—In the Rogue Talents class feature, in the Ninja Trick entry, add the following after the first sentence:
The rogue cannot choose a ninja trick with the same name as a rogue talent.
(PRD has "The ninja cannot choose a ninja trick with the same name as a rogue talent")
Page 93—In the Crane Wing feat, replace the entire Benefit entry with the following:
Benefit: Once per round, when fighting defensively with at least one hand free, you can designate one melee attack being made against you before the roll is made. You receive a +4 dodge bonus to AC against that attack. If you using the total defense action instead, you can deflect one melee attack that would normally hit you. An attack so deflected deals no damage and has no other effect (instead treat it as a miss). You do not expend an action when using this feat, but you must be aware of the attack and not flat-footed.
(PRD is missing everything after "You receive a +4 dodge bonus to AC against that attack.")
Note that the PRD Crane Wing feat was updated to reflect the 2nd to 3rd printing errata, but the missing text noted above is still missing.
Now, onward to a couple of new things.
Ultimate Combat errata missing from the PRD, based on Errata 2.0 (2nd to 3rd printing):
Page 132—In Table 3–3: Eastern Weapons—Exotic, replace the Katana, Double Walking Stick entry with the entry shown at the bottom of the page.

I'd guess this edit was made for product identity reasons, but it's kind of an... inartful edit. It also removes one of the abilities of the item. The names of Golarion deities appear elsewhere in the PRD at this point anyway.

The Universal Monster Rules page seems to have a misplaced "Close Bold" tag somewhere near the "Fortification" ability description.
On the cleric spell index (/prd/indices/spelllists.html), the persistent vigor spell is on the level 3 list but is a 4th level spell.
Monster Codex issues:
The Gnoll section has some issues due to the removal of "Lamashtu" throughout the text. Chosen of Lamashtu and Eye of Lamashtu entries end up with no header at all. The Eye of Lamashtu entry loses its entire class line "Gnoll cleric of Lamashtu 4" as does Gnoll Ravager "Gnoll antipaladin of Lamashtu 10". Loss of Eye of Lamashtu also leaves a blank header in the Night Terrors Encounter group.
Other bits of text are missing, mostly removal of sentences that don't really affect anything. There is one edit that is kind of unfortunate. The first sentence of the second paragraph of the Flind entry cut:
"The slyest and largest female gnolls sanctified by the chosen of Lamashtu are paired with the most savage males, and a little more than half the time, the resulting litter includes at least one flind."
There's some good stuff in there.
Also, there are a number of entries in the various Encounter sections that are missing CR values. Specifically, there several in Frost Giants. In Goblins, Goblin Outrider and Grizzled Rider. In Kobolds, Kobold Battle Master. There might be others as well.
Chosen of Lamashtu also loses its class line "Gnoll cleric of Lamashtu 11", as well as its top-level header.
Suggestion: Animal Companion feature of hunter class could contain a link to animal companion feature description in the core rulebook druid entry. Cavalier's mount too.
Monster Codex:
Some of the spellcaster stat blocks have random spaces through their spell list. Affected spell names also do not get linked. Blocks that I noticed this in:

I'm honestly not sure if this is supposed to wait until codified in actual errata, but the PRD still shows the old language for the weird words ability of the sound striker bard archetype.
What I think it should read, from the FAQ:
Change the text of weird words to the following “At 6th level the bard can start a performance that is always a standard action to speak up to one word per 4 bard levels laden with sonic energy. Each word deals 4d6 points of sonic damage as a ranged touch attack with a range of 30 feet. The bard adds his charisma modifier on damage rolls with weird words. Multiple words that strike the same target stack into a single powerful attack, applying energy resistance and bonuses on damage rolls only once. The bard can target all words at the same or different targets, but he unleashes all words simultaneously. Each word costs 1 round of bardic performance.” This change will be reflected in future errata.

I came here to say what Ross said. Safari and Firefox at a minimum, although I assume it's on all platforms.
On the Monster Codex pages, it would be helpful to have anchor tags so we can link to a specific monster type. For example, on the vampire page at http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/monsterCodex/vampires.html# there is an Enlightened Vampire. At the moment I am unable to search for Enlightened Vampire or use a link that takes me directly to that information. Instead, when I do a search I am taken to the top of the Vampire page and I have no way to link directly to the Enlightened Vampire.
