From anywhere in sorcerer/wizard or cleric/oracle list I need a devastating save or die that can one shot anything I have business fighting. I do not require that it take place in a single round the killin but ill likely need to be able to take actions after the SoD has been cast. For this you may assume that their saves will be crap because I've already got figured out, I mean REALLY low. Phantasmal killer is a leading contender based on what I can think of off the top of my head as it is instant death if you fail enough saves, which again I feel confident in. Prefered range would be 3-7 level spells but am willing to hear others. Thx in advance.

Suffocate is nice. First round KO, second round dying, third round dead. Staggers in the first round if the target makes their save, and can still KO in the second or third rounds.
Icy prison is an SoD against anything without high cold resistance. Works against things immune to mind affecting too, unlike Phantasmal killer.

The core trinity I favor is Flesh to Stone + Constricting Coils + Icy Prison. You can target whatever save you like with that combination. Coils isn't quite as good on the whole die part of Save or Die, but "paralyzed while the Fighter throws a CDG" tends to work well enough.
At the really high levels, Mass Suffocation + Mass Icy Prison + Dominate Monster.

Should give honorable mention to Dismissal/Banishment if you are facing foes that these spells affect.
Destruction is decent. Does not matter if the target is immune to mind-affecting (PK won't faze a treant for example) and they still take a token (10d6) amount of damage if they save.
Also, be sure to stack Persistent Spell Metamagic, if you were not doing so already.

Dazing Hungry Darkness. You need a Staff of the Master to pull it off but it they fail the initial save they are taking 2 con damage and some force damage every round and they cannot act to get out of the cloud. They are initially dazed for 7 rounds and they are forced to save every turn to avoid further time being dazed and unable to get out.
At cast level 13 you are looking at 26 points of Con damage and 39d6 force damage.
You can do much the same with a simple Dazing Wall of Fire. This will pretty much outright kill anyone without fire resistance. If they fail the initial save they are looking, at CL13, at a minimum of 8d6+52 and more likely 26d6+169 as it takes 4 consecutive successful will saves to get out of the daze effect.

Hey guys I'm loving the suggestions. I don't deal in save or dies very much so I'm surprised at some of these. Plane shift is one that I will sadly have to not take because I'm fairly certain the GM is going to ban it; if I had known with certainty at the time of the OP I'd have mentioned it but I got some feedback and he doesn't want it.
Appreciate the help so far and welcome anything else.

Quickened Empowered enervation cast before the SoD for the penalties to the Saves. :-)
Well I was going to use madness domain power and a quickened bestow curse. The combo is (LV/2)+4 deduction to saves and attacks for one rounds worth of debuff. After that and more. Even a paladin is in trouble with that. 2 round kill is pretty safe :)
