I do <3 apocalypse. ^_^
I also like flame and juju (the Serpent's Skull version). I would like heavens more if it weren't such a one-trick pony.
As for bloodlines, I am head-over-heels for sorcerer anyway, so there's a few.
Accursed - no prizes for guessing why.
Fey, sylvan, dark fey - I love all of these, each for different reasons.
Draconic - my name comes from a character originating in 3.5, built around the Draconic feats from Races of the Dragon; song dragon, specifically.
Martyred, retribution - I don't like the celestial bloodline, so an alternative is nice. Plus, I like sacrifice-focused or martyring concepts.
That's my list, anyway. ^_^

Dark Tapestry mystery, because I like the cthulu-esque stuff and because I love shapeshifting powers. Many Forms rocks, especially with the elf/aasimar favoured class bonus.
I think there are plenty of interesting bloodlines. If I was going to choose one I might plump for Orc - enhanced blasting and STR bonuses too, it cries out for orc-y havoc.

For Oracle: Metal. I've also played a Lunar Oracle, which is cool too. I'm intrigued by the Solar Mystery.
For Sorcerers it really varies. Rakshasa can be a blast with the right build. Celestial is surprisingly good. I keep getting drawn to the Fey, Maestro, and Impossible bloodlines, but haven't done anything with them yet.
I have a couple of variant Arcane Trickster builds built with a Half-Elf with a CHA of 14+ and Racial Skill Focus: Knowledge(Nature). That allows me to situationally use Paragon Surge to pick up Eldritch Heritage of whatever might be appropriate at the time (there are about 4 different ones that qualify). Verdant ends up as a surprisingly good choice with that.

I have to say, it took me ages to figure out which Mystery I was going to play for an AP, but Solar won out my heart... though I did debate some of the others, Dark Tapestry, Metal, Heavens.
For Sorcerers, I'm a bit prone to the Shadow, Starsoul, or Elemental bloodlines, or the Draconic ones. And their Wildblooded Variants to.

Oracle Mysteries
Apocalypse: Pretty much just for the awesome.
Dark Tapestry: Great flavor, love the shapeshifting, the darkvision, the sneaky armor of darkness...
Heavens: Again, great flavor, love being able to just float everywhere and lay down force bridges, gets some nice spells.
Lunar: The moon has so many themes to play with, very fitting for an oracle, and being able to get a limited form of wild shape, an animal companion, and fun with natural weapons.
Metal: I like being able to summon weapons out of thin air, this mystery offers some fun things for armor and other such.
Occult: A fun supernatural twist on things...speak with the dead, possess people, a really thematic list of bonus spells.
Outer Rifts: Telepathy, twisting terrain, infuse the area with chaos and evil, not to mention all the planar binding spells...
Solar: A lot of neat sun-themed abilities and a few odd ones, and some fun spells.
Wind: Offers some fun abilities, like invisibility, gaseous form, as well as the more common armor and flight that offer interesting options...plus, at high level, hurricane.
Sorcerer Bloodlines
Aberrant: I like aberrations, and tentacle touches are always fun
Arcane: Probably the best overall, the extra spells help a lot, as does being able to metamagic more effectively, and Sage wildblooded is nice too.
Harrow: Fun, thematic, love the mage's mansion ability.
Impossible: Very cool, love the flavor, makes it a lot easier to do crafting as a sorcerer.
Kobold: Lots of fun, works well with seeker archetype, but even without offers some fun toys.
Maestro: Some of the flavor of a bard but with the spellcasting of a sorcerer. Perform can definitely be fun for roleplaying, especially with a sorcerer's Charisma, and eventually you can talk to pretty much anything.
Nanite: I love science fantasy, so this is pretty great for me. The first ability isn't so great, but a lot of the others are neat. Love being able to turn into a nanite swarm at 20th.
Oni: Shapeshifting, gaseous form, fun stuff. You may be contractually obligated to say, "BUT I, AKU!" periodically...
Pestilence: Covered in insects, always fun. Besides, sometimes that which doesn't kill you grants you magical powers.
Protean: Mostly for the flavor, I love reality wrinkle and spatial tear conceptually, though the protoplasm is dead useful.
Rakshasa: Mind-reading, shapeshifting, bluffing, all generally a fun time.
Shadow: Who knows what lies in the hearts of man? ONLY TH- wait, that guy's a mesmerist or a bard or something. Seriously, though, shadow powers are fun, presuming you can talk with your DM about some of the odder parts of shadow conjuration, and so is being sneaky, which this bloodline is good at.
Starsoul: As you probably noticed from my oracle selections, I love powers related to astronomy and space and whatnot, of being called...out there. Can be a simple appreciation of the beauty of the stars or something far more sinister. Also like voidwalker and gaining call lightning storm...even if it's a less effective energy, the mental imagery is wonderful.
Verdant: I am the Lorax! I speak for the trees! I don't like prepared casters much, so if I want to do something druid-y, I'm probably going with this or lunar oracle, depending on whether I want to do the nature/plants thing or the turn into something with fangs to eat someone's face thing. Snag some fun druid spells, and get some neat bloodline arcana.

Time oracle! With dual-cursed it can dish out some serious good and bad luck, almost like a witch, and I love the revelation that lets you basically "exile" something. In most encounters, that's as good as killing it once it's gone for 3 or more rounds. On top of the flavor it gets blur pretty much every combat, knowledge skill stuff, and some other fun things that I really like. It's a support role, but since I DM pretty much exclusively I appreciate the builds that keep the party running smoothly. I think they're underappreciated.
Incidentally, Luck and Travel domains on a cleric is my favorite type of cleric. I think I just like rerolls...
