I want to add the following abilities to ogres for my campaign, just curious on how much the DC should increase for the change.
Ogre Vomit - 1d3/3 levels acid damage +1d3 rounds nasueated. Small Cone. Ref avoid DC 10 +1/2 HD+Con) as well as a Fort save or nauseated for d3 turns. 1/day
Ogre Fart - 1d4 rounds Sickened. Small round template. Fort avoid DC 10 +1/2 Hd + Con. 1/day

I know I wouldn't take the fart seriously, but if your group will avoid giggle fits, power to you, I think it works, though the action may need to be a move or something, since it's a relatively weak condition
As for the vomit, I'd say keep it to one save, likely fort. You MAY need to increase an ogre's CR by 1 for getting that ability, but I'm still learning what's valid for CR increases, so don't quote me on that.

Something less potty-humor than farting and puking might be to just give them a stench aura, like that of ghasts or troglodytes, and have it based on their tendency to decorate themselves with rotting trophies of their past meals. (Give them a racial bonus vs. disease, to go with it, so that they have some chance of surviving their own terrible hygiene and habits...)
The stench aura could cause nausea for 1 round (if the save is failed), and then the sickened condition for additional time spent within it.
Being covered with putrescent meat would logically also lead to vermin surrounding them in clouds that could provide them some benefit (or hindrance, or both), such as an 'aura' of biting flies that distracts others like a swarm, but inflicts no actual swarm damage.
Some unusual disease or fungal infections could also 'gross' them up quite a bit, such as pustules and buboes that can rupture when they are struck by a weapon, splattering their attacker with infected pus that sickens or nauseates or even carries disease, or fungal spores that puff off of them in a choking yellow cloud when they are struck, causing respiratory distress in all non-ogres in the immediate area.

Ogres aren't gross enough? I mean looking at the third Rise of the Runelords book and those things are pretty 'icky' already.
^Agreed
Using your descriptive powers as a GM makes them much more revolting than a mechanical change that players don't get to really see. And it doesn't require CR adjustments.

Ogres ooze "ick".
The only Ogre specific god, has rape and inbreeding in their portfolio.
They will quite literally rape their victims to death, and continue doing so, long after their victim has passed on.
Some of their "Ogre games" basically break down as a pillow fight with corpses. This likely ends with incestuous mating.
There is very little about Ogres, and their society, that does not have a very present "ick" factor.

I re-read some of that chapter of Rise of the Runelords and eww...
Mammy is an accomplished cannibal and necrophile and is one of two females in the tribe with the descriptions noting that this is on purpose. Once you become accomplished in any of those things you don't need to be ickier. I'm surprised that I haven't heard anyone just 'nope' out of the campaign at that part. Or at least the character nope out of the room. I had one player nope out of the room when the goblin orgy came up.

Indeed, Rise of the Runelords is not for the faint of heart.
Heck, with the Ogre specific feats, allowing them to ignore size penalties to Stealth, it makes them icky, and terrifying.
A 8 to 10 foot tall rapist, hiding in the shadows next to you, is quite a scary thing.
An 8 to 10 foot tall rapist/cannibal/inbred/necrophile, who's very adept at all those things enough to be 'accomplished at those subjects, hiding in the shadows next to you, is quite a scary pants pooping thing.

Good gods no! Half our party is female....
I hope they're superstitious, i speak giant and am investing in social skills.
You really think Ogres care about your gender?
Ogres basically work with four questions in mind: Can I rape it? Can I eat it? Can I kill it? Can I do a combination of these things to it?
So, it doesn't matter if you are male, a horse, or alive. You are gonna get raped.

You might be safe if you can wildshape into a fire elemental, but I'm not going to make any promises when it comes to ogres.

A vestigial limb that, when the ogre is hit with a critical, snaps and comes almost completely off, leaving 1 bleed damage. The ogre can rip off this limb in a fit of rage and throw it at an opponent as a standard action aiming at touch AC.
The vestigial limb attempts grapple checks against the hit opponent for 1d4 round after it was ripped off. An ally can attempt to wrestle it off with a grapple check.
If the ogre's touch attack misses or it is wrestled off, it attempts to grasp at legs for the remaining rounds. This is a touch attack with the trip property and a severe penalty to CMB. If it succeeds the trip attempt, it may attempt a new grapple check the next round.
If the vestigial limb fails the trip attempt, it stays latched onto the leg, cause the entangled condition until it is either wrestled off or 1d4 rounds have passed since it was ripped off.
...how is that? I know that it has a lot of VERY specific conditions, but if it works out....damn.
